“Very nice and clean hotel! All of the staff were friendly and made our stay very easy. My one “complaint” is that housekeeping knocked on our door 3 hours before checkout to “confirm” we were checking out. I find that odd given how early it was and it was the day of our checkout so I think it’s safe to assume we intended on checking out that day.”

“There was dirty sheets on the bed that we had to change ourselves, the pool was closed the entire time, we were only given one towel, and they ran out of clean washcloths. It wasn’t a horrible stay by any means, but many small issues that made it much less enjoyable than expected. Bed was comfortable and room was dark and cool though! Surprisingly quiet for number of guests there as well. ”

The front desk staff were very friendly and respectful. We informed the front desk that there was an issue with our studio (no shower rod). We were immediately given another studio.
