“The staff were very helpful. I did have to show proof that I had made payment for the booking beforehand as they did think that I did not pay. However the staff were helpful when I had questions and the room was lovely”

After our wedding we were to spend time to ourselves only to be unpacked and ready to use the shower. There was no hot water then the water coming out of the basin was brown. We had to get drressed, repack everything to be moved in the rain to another room.
