“Door wouldn't shut had to put coffee bag in it keep it from rattling. Used staw s under both beds dusty and dirty. Did tell desk clerk when I checked out really poor breakfast . Would not stay there again.”

“We paid for a King Suite. Room 101 had a non-functioning heater in the living space; the temperature was 63. There was no maintenance staff available. We got moved to Room 1017, not as desirable location right off the lobby overlooking the parking lot. Asked for a 2nd luggage rack, was told none was available. There was a kitchen area with a coffeemaker but NO coffee (had to ask for it). This area has a real hazard because there is no light in the corner where the microwave and toaster are...

“You check in on line so there is no staff interaction. the room was clean, neat and cozy. The shower is small. You can hear someone walking around above because the floor creaks and the walls and floors are old and not insulated very well. Parking is available and the harbor shops and restaurants are close and within walking distance.”

“I am not going to go into all details but will say that this overpriced facility ($100 + per night) WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ICE OUT OF THEIR MACHINE. Never, ever have I been subjected to such a stupid a-- charge in all my travels. The facility is fair, not good, and I will not lodge there again.”
