Thankfully there was one staff member at the hotel that could help us with this, but phone support was hard to access when we needed it most. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again because of the accessibility, but would recommend to someone looking for somewhere to stay more long term. “I have no idea how this place got positive reviews. We sat at the gate for quite some time calling various numbers, trying to get someone to let us in. We were told the key would be on the desk and room in the right corner, no room numbers. We looked throughout the main area for a key on a desk.
