“Well located”

“Very nice hotel, located in a very quiet and beautiful part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff, we arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. to drop our bags off, knowing that check-in was at 4 p.m. However, since there was a free room immediately available, they let us in the room right away. Very clean hotel, huge and very comfortable bed, spacious shower, towels are changed daily. Thanks again for the hospitality.”

“We appreciated the historical significance and how well done the hotel fits into modern times. The architectural elements were stunning. Every staff member was kind and courteous and engaged with the guests so well. We had a 2 story room which served us well as the adult children decided to come stay with us- lol. The restaurant also had a great selection of food, cocktails, and service.”

“Great location, stay, and property. The bar staff was very polite, taking our last orders and kindly leaving the TV on for us to watch the late-night games. However, the only significant issue was the cleaning staff; they were intentionally rude and disruptive while cleaning just to ruin our World Cup experience and force us to leave.”

“This place was so run down, so old, and so dirty. Everything in our room was dirty and broken. There were cockroaches running around, and the people upstairs were screaming all night and it sounded like they were going to fall through the roof. We left at 4:30am because we couldn’t handle it anymore.”

“L’hotel era chiuso e non ha nemmeno avvisato o cancellato la prenotazione. È stato trasformato in Covid hotel. Il problema è che poteva avvisare i cancellare la prenotazione invece mi sono trovato davanti a hotel e non mi hanno fatto entrare rimanendo in mezzo alla strada con i bagagli. Inoltre i prezzi degli altri alloggi erano il quadruplo e nemmeno Expedia ha saputo aiutarmi dicendo in sostanza di arrangiarmi ”
