All bathrooms need updating and decor and carpets need gone. Definitely the WiFi needs sorting out so you can get on it when you are in your room I wanted to chill out and watch Netflix but no internet Apart from that always a lovely stay and they accept dogs which is fab”

“No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience.”

“Amazing experience to stay in a castle. We stayed in the Radcliffe Suite, so spacious and grand. The bathroom was huge! With a sauna! The bed was super comfy. My husband and I had dinner from the fine dining menu and our son was able to order from the relaxed dining menu which was great. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was equally wonderful, and my husband was very happy to see kippers as a menu choice.
