“Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. Good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided, which was nice. There were also some sweet treats and a tourist map provided in the room, which was very useful. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious and even though we only stayed 1 night we were given some home made fruit cake on departure. This was our...

“Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay.”

“Upon arrival met by Grace, (owner,housekeeper and cook) with one of the friendliest smiles. Upon entering accommodation tourist information readily available on the right hand side of the entrance, taken to the room by Grace (nice to have done rather than just being told where it is). “We stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . ”

“We received wonderful hospitality from Steve and janice.the property was spotless and tastefully decorated, quality of breakfast was first class and hot which is very important to me faultless,our hosts were incredible helpful and welcoming and went that extra mile to make sure all our needs were met . would highly recommend this residence and on our next visit to Torquay we will definitely be staying here again 5* highly recommended Thank you Paula,Dave and teddy ”
