“The staff were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Every person who works there was very kind and friendly.
The room was very clean but our window was so dirty you could hardly see out. Throw rugs in an ADA room can be a hazard.
The advertised lounge was not open either day (evenings) we were there.
Secure parking was great but the mechanism was nearly falling off the post.
Overall, our stay was good and the potential for Trumbull to be better is definitely...

“It took me about half an hour just to get into the room because the door didn’t work and they had to find and send a technician to realign the pain in the door lock. I was exhausted so I was happy to finally get into the room, but then the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. In a non-smoking hotel? I don’t even know how that was possible. “Just so you know, check-in was at 3, but I had to wait until 4:30 because the room wasn’t ready.
The air conditioning was loud, and the beds weren’t as comfy as I’d hoped, with the frame feeling a bit wobbly. Plus, the curtains were dirty with visible stains.
Lastly, the breakfast was not freshly made, everything was packaged food.
I was traveling with my family of five.”
