“Booked a Pool View room, but was allocated a room in the further most corner of the resort. You could see the pool in the distance so technically a "pool view" however this drew a very long bow considering the picture provided by WOTIF indicated an adjacent building "overlooking the pool. I get that WOITF does not allocate the rooms, howver dont get me to pay more for less. Better communication between booking agent & venue required as customer certainly feel betrayed. Would be hisitant again...

“Great property, clean and neat, wonderful view and position close to town centre. The garage door was a nightmare to open close. Sheets supplied but bed was advertised as made up but was not. Property management pedantic and over communication about rules and time to leave property. We even got a txt on checkout morning at 7.30am to remind about 10am checkout. Give us a break, We are on holidays and trying to have a sleep in!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this lovely unit. Fantastic views all day, comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Close and convenient to restaurants, shops and beach. Hotel music over the holiday weekend muted with doors closed but fine hearing well known sing-along tunes!”
