This detached cottage rests in Ireland and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.

Tigh Mhicheal Phaidin is a detached cottage sitting in Cloghbrack Middle near Clonbur in Ireland. There are three bedrooms in the cottage, consisting of a ground-floor double, a further double and a twin room, served by a shower room, sleeping a total of five guests. On the ground floor is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Externally the cottage offers a gravelled garden with furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off-road parking. Tigh Mhicheal Phaidin is a wonderful cottage for an escape to Ireland with family and friends.

Amenities: Electric central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier in the outhouse. TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Gravelled garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 3.4 miles, pub within 4 miles. Note: The ground-floor double bed is suitable to sleep one guest only. Note: There is a narrow staircase leading to the first floor and limited head space beneath the eaves, please take care. A travel cot and highchair are available

Region: Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

Town: Clonbur is a traditional Irish village sitting between the scenic Lough Mask and Lough Corrib in County Galway, making it an exciting base for a holiday to Ireland. The village offers a modest selection of shops and pubs intertwined with a unique Irish character, while the surrounding area offers an abundance of activity in the form of Mount Gable with its ample walking routes, Cong famed for 'The Quiet Man' film, Ashford Castle and a fantastic golf course, or venture further afield to discover Galway, Clew Bay and much more.

Le gîte est très bien situé. C'est à la fois authentique, très propre et cosy. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants.

Cannot fault the accommodation or the owners. There was just two of us which was ideal. There was a slight issue of the TV keeping loosing signal but enjoyed the four nights we stayed.?

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage. There was enough space for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. On our arrival we had a very warm welcome by Padraig. The fire in the oven was already burning. The interior is of the cottage is very nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot. For us it was the perfect homebase to discover Connemara. Thank you very much for everything - especially for showing us the baby lambs! Our children were completely excited about that wonderful experience!
