Goditi l'atmosfera del paese sudoccidentale con una spaziosa casa su misura con soffitti molto alti. Svegliati e cammina verso la natura. Rilassati e fai un barbecue nel patio e goditi i colibrì. Potresti persino vedere un'aquila calva. Abbastanza vicino alla splendida Sedona ma comunque lontano da tutto il traffico. Visita la storica ferrovia di Jerome o goditi 2 ore di auto dal Grand Canyon. C'è così tanto da fare all'aperto: pesca, rovine dei nativi americani, escursioni, ATV, jeep, kayak, vicino a cantine, equitazione, ottimo cibo, shopping e molto altro ancora. Amerai la mia casa perché riunisce amici e parenti. Rinnovare.
Gli ospiti possono spostarsi ed esplorare su 3 acri. Saluta le galline. e cammina lungo e intorno al dolce torrente. Ci sono sedie e panche in giro per fermarsi e ammirare i panorami e respirare aria fresca. Goditi i profumi di rose e lavanda fresca. Ringiovanire.
Le pulizie usano detergenti biodegradabili non tossici. Inoltre ho scelto di non avere un contatore intelligente per ridurre il rumore bianco. Il WiFi è l'offerta di collegamento Century più veloce nell'area. I telefoni cellulari funzionano bene.
Il sistema idrico è l'acqua potabile ad osmosi inversa e l'acqua proviene da un pozzo artesiano. Rinfrescante.

C'è uno studio vicino alla casa principale che è occupato dal custode. Gli ingressi sono sui lati opposti per mantenere la privacy.

Perfect Place

This was a perfect setup for 3 couples, everything we needed and the location was perfect. The host was so gracious she even gave us all some fresh eggs when we left! Would definitely return!

VRBO beautiful retreat.

Perfect for three couples. Great outdoor space! A flowing brook in a peaceful setting. Simply lovely. We would absolutely come again!The host thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedding and towels. Fantastic stay just one very minor issue - Patio door was difficult to open and close.

Relaxing spacious home away from home

Our stay was to attend a wedding in Jerome. The living, kitchen, dining is one large area and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. The little stream gave us a wonderful babbling brook sound. My sister loved it so much she plans to return for a mini retreat for herself. She said it was very calming.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway Near Sedona!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Little getaway

Beautiful and Peaceful Acreage

We had a lovely stay! Joara was amazing to work with- kind, helpful, very responsive and easy to reach. Her on-site manager was also wonderful and helpful. The house is beautiful, with a gracious, relaxing and comforting vibe. I loved the sound of the creek outside, and enjoyed hearing the wildlife around. It was hot when we were there, but the thick house walls kept it nice inside, even to the point where we didn't need the a/c. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting on some rocking chairs on the covered porch and looking out over the grounds. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We stayed at this unique and wonderful home for a couple nights. The outside doesn’t do the inside justice. It’s much bigger and sophisticated on the inside. The house was easy to navigate because there are little labels on the cupboards and drawers. The beds were comfy. The property manager Peter was great. We had a great time.

Serenity and Relaxation in Arizona

We had a wonderful time at this serene and relaxing property. The home was spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a great get away. The property was beautiful and if the weather had been warmer, we would have loved sitting outside in the evening. It would have been a perfect location for star gazing. We enjoyed traveling a short distance to Sedona for hiking and touring. The food at Up the Creek was delicious and we appreciated the recommendation. Our stay was amazing, and we will definitely return again soon. Thank you Joara for being so accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful well equiped home.Everything you need is labled.A book with instructions and also local sights was helpful.The stream with bridge and covered patio is so peaceful while listening to a waterfall.Rock paths and seating areas compliment the 3 acre site.Would love to live there!Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!

Comfortable, quiet, pretty surroundings, off the beaten path but well located and easy to get to Sedona, Cottonwood, Clarkdale. Kitchen stocked with every conceivable need. Perfect getaway for all ages!

Large property, enjoyed being able to spread out, inside & outside. Very quiet location. Enjoyed hearing the chickens & local wild life. I would definitely recommend & would love to return. Loved the kitchen everything you could need!

Very comfortable!

I think there needs to be some cleaning done and some lights did not work. Cobwebs here and there and the dishes had white spots on them. The bathroom window screen in the Master needs to be repaired. TV's in the bedrooms would be a plus. BBQ needs cleaning. My brother in law did his best to clean it before we used it. Cushions need replaced outside. Really, it was a great stay, just trying to help you improve things for the price per night. Thank you, we will return for all the amenities you supply as for the yard and the serenity of it all. Thank you for your hospitality! Kathy Swepston

Relaxing Quiet

The home was clean and beautiful. Location met our needs as our family of 5 adults spent the day in Sedona (20 minutes) and traveled the Verde Canyon Railroad (15 minutes). Jerome (25 minutes) was a plus. Given the opportunity, we will stay again.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay - the property is peaceful and looks just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and Athena (the dog) was very sweet. The pantry was well stocked and we started a fire in the fireplace most evenings given the cooler than usual weather, including a couple inches of snow. Some nice wineries around and good restaurant recommendations in Cottonwood, Sedona and Cornville.
