Nuovissima casa per la stagione 2020 nella sezione Ocean Lakes di Ocean Sands. Meno di due minuti a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Piscina privata riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, tiki bar con televisione esterna, ampie zone soggiorno per tutta la famiglia. Arredamento di lusso, nessun dettaglio è trascurato in questa casa. Il piano terra dispone di una sala giochi con bagno completo e adiacente letti a castello (due gemelli su due letti matrimoniali), lavanderia completa. Il secondo piano comprende una suite matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone privato, una suite matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone privato, due gemelli con accesso al ponte posteriore, una regina con accesso al ponte del bagno e un bagno completo. Il terzo piano ospita una cucina con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, incluso un vano refrigerato aggiuntivo nei cassetti refrigerati sotto banco. Tutto il necessario per cucinare una festa per la tua vacanza al mare in famiglia! Soggiorno con accesso al ponte sul lato della strada e sul lato piscina, bagno in polvere, suite matrimoniale con bagno completo e accesso al ponte privato. The property itself was one of the best rentals we’ve had in past years. Very clean and well-maintained. The only downfall was the listing in pictures lead you to believe there may be a little more room between housing. Because the housing is so close. some rentals are often louder or rowdier than others. Thank goodness there was only one and it was tolerable. We do realize that’s not the fault of the property owners that we rented from.

Beautiful home, great location, layout of home was perfect for the three different families who stayed together.. each family had their own floor. Elevator was difficult to use, but would definitely stay there again!! Management staff very accommodating!

When there were minor issues, property managers were very responsive! Excellent responsiveness! Property is great! Thank you!! We did not like how busy the beach was, and the people who put out the rental chairs and umbrellas always took the prime locations so we had to hike our stuff a bit further up the beach which was not ideal.

We loved this home. It was exactly as described in the listing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The walk to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. We were very close to amenities. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We would absolutely rent this home again.

We had 12 in our group, 6 adults and 6 kids, ages 5-15. The house had plenty of space for our group and in addition to being very clean, it is updated and the location is great! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and it’s close to stores and restaurants too. Communication with the owner was easy, they reached out to us a couple of times during the week via text just to check how things were going and any questions we had were responded to promptly. Overall we had a wonderful week in Corolla and enjoyed our stay at Salt Shaker!

Beautiful house! We had multiple families with lots of little kids and this was perfect. The beach was very close and the kids loved the heated pool. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Had a wonderful week with my extended family at this property. House is exactly as described and was very clean. Although we didn't have any problems, Mgmt company did a great job "checking in" every couple of days via text to see if there was anything we needed. A very short walk to a beautiful beach, however, we used the pool quiet extensively. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Corolla.

The property was everything we expected and more! It was clean, comfortable and had a great location. There was plenty of space for our group of 13. We were near the beach--I am disabled but we were still comfortably close. We loved the pool and hot tub--it was great when the little kids still wanted to swim and we needed to prepare dinner. When we return to the Outer Banks, we will definitely consider this property!

Everything was exactly how it was listed. Plenty of room for our 6 kids, spouses and 3 grands! Rebecca was quick to contact me when our laundry was stuck in the washer(our fault). There was plenty of dishes, pans, storage containers and utensils. Only complaint was the second floor was uncomfortable with the air. Kids were struggling to sleep with the warmth. I'm sure this is an easy fix. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend to others to stay here! Thank you Rebecca!

We had an awesome stay. The house was a nice size, quiet between floors, has an awesome pool and a short walk to the beach. It was also a nice location between Duck and the main part of Corolla. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break! The house was absolutely perfect! Super clean! It had everything we needed. We ate mostly at home and it was equipped with everything that u would need. The heated pool was great in of itself! The kids loved it! Short couple minute walk to the beach which was very nice. Property manager was super responsive to any questions that we had. We would love to come back!

Nice to have a place with so much space that feels homey still. Well maintained and the pool and hot tub were great. Had all the pans and dishes needed but make sure to bring any spices you need.

The home was beautiful, extremely clean, with a stocked kitchen - plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware. The heated pool and hot tub were a life saver, as the weather wasnt ideal (mid March). We did however, make it to the beach one day, which was a very short walk away. All the tvs were smart tvs, so very easy access to our streaming services. Rebecca, our host, was very responsive any time i had a question about the area or the property. We very much enjoyed our visit to the area, and the house - and hope to return this summer!

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful beach house. It’s close to the beach! The kids enjoyed the heated pool while the adult enjoyed the hot tub jacuzzi. The home is beautiful and very spacious! Rebecca was so nice to book with and text to check on us. She was very responsive and helpful! Hope to return when it’s a little warmer! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this home. It’s hard to find modern homes in outer banks. This home was incredibly beautiful, super clean, well equipped. They offer a heated pool all year long which was definitely hard to find, tv in the outdoor pool area. If you’re looking for a beautiful home that’s luxurious look no further!

Clean, new home only a block away from the beach. We really enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and smart TVs. My kids loved the downstairs bunk beds. Would highly recommend.
