    Approssimativamente 500 piedi all'accesso alla spiaggia (meno di 2 minuti a piedi!) e 400 piedi al lago e meno di 1/4 di miglio alla piscina della comunità e campo da tennis, cosa potrebbe essere meglio?

    Questa NUOVA casa del 2014, costruita da Shoreline Builders, comprende 6 camere da letto (5 sono maestri), 6 ½ bagni, un ascensore, una sala giochi separata con un tavolo da biliardo e una zona salotto di livello medio, una vasca idromassaggio e riscaldamento piscina privata ($ 350 tassa settimanale per il riscaldamento), una grande sala soggiorno invertito e cucina e un sacco di spazi di vita all'aperto!
    Luminoso e pieno di fascino, questa casa Ocean Lakes si trova su un lotto che supporta uno spazio aperto permanente con vista sull'oceano e sul lago. Questa casa è Kid Friendly!

    L'area piscina privata comprende numerosi posti a sedere, una doccia all'aperto e un tiki bar. L'ampia area per erba all'aperto offre molto spazio per l'intero gruppo. Altoparlanti esterni consentono di ascoltare musica mentre ci si rilassa in piscina o grigliare sul grill a gas. Inoltre c'è un 34 "TV nel tiki bar !!

    Mazzi di medio livello per godere di vari posti a sedere all'aperto e rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio di livello medio. Completando questo piano è una zona salotto per il relax separato con una combinazione TV / DVD, giochi da tavolo per tutte le età.

    La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo per la famiglia e gli amici per raccogliere (Nuovo per il 2015: tappeti sotto il tavolo da pranzo per eliminare il rumore qui sotto!) così come l'accesso al grande ponte superiore con molti posti a sedere e altoparlanti esterni. C'è una cucina ben fornita con un sacco di armadi, una grande isola con posti a sedere supplementari e un secondo lavello e il suo mazzo. Un grande frigorifero con 2 produttori di ghiaccio, un doppio forno con la gamma, microonde, lavastoviglie e una dispensa separata / area buffet si uniscono per creare una grande cucina. La zona giorno ha una grande SMART TV e lettore DVD e stereo. Ascensore!

The house was awesome and you couldn't beat the proximity to the beach. We have stayed in the outer banks 5 times and this was my favorite home. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Great, very comfortable house for vacationing with extended family. Beds/pillows were nice and attached baths were convenient. Kitchen had all the appliances, even a blender! Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Fabulous decks and view. Very short walk to the beach, nice community of houses. My father in law really benefited from the elevator. Gear delivery from partner company was also very good - bikes and beach gear. I'd stay in this community and specifically at this house again!

Nice stay

The location of the house was great - only a short drive to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach wasn't far and easy enough to do with kids. Overall the house was good but you could tell it was end-of-season - things seemed pretty dirty in the kitchen and the house could use a good coat of paint as well as a deep clean. The pool was a great area to have! I would stay here again.

Great beach house!

We loved our stay at Knotty by Nature. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, was just a 5 min walk to the beach! The only changes I would make are to invest in a new coffee pot, the one there was very fickle and consider ways to accommodate more people with comfortable furniture in the main living room. Overall is was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Convenient

Nice property, elevator made it very convenient for the older folks with mobility issues. Lower level king mattress could certainly use an upgrade or some sort of foam topper. Grill worked well and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary items. Pool area was nice and clean.

Great Rental

This was an excellent rental for my family of 10 for the week of Thanksgiving. It was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with all of our cooking needs. My only suggestion would be to add additional seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps up to 13, there was only enough seating in the living room for about 5 comfortably.

Comfortable stay

Overall we had a comfortable stay! The finishes and furniture caught our eye during our search for our weekly stay and aesthetically it didn’t disappoint! There were plenty of bedrooms, fun pool area, and a great basement setup with the pool table and bunks for the kids. While the space in the house was used very well, we wish there was a slightly larger pool in the back (for kids who love to swim.) The kitchen was a bit tight with little storage space for food and for a house that large, a second dishwasher would be greatly beneficial! Additionally, there was limited space for our entire family to sit comfortably on the sofa. Proximity to the beach was excellent, although outside we felt very close to our neighbors. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

OBX stay

The house was perfect for the amount of people in our party and the rooms were spacious, comfy and cool. All of the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook which we did basically every night. The only two letdowns was the pool furniture … when we looked around at the other houses they all seemed to be in much better shape. Also, we were much further to the beach than the description claimed… with 3 kids under 2 it wasn't very easy getting to and fro the beach. The pool was a great size, too. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great house. Great Location. Great Thanksgiving.

Overall a great experience. There were a couple minor things that didnt work well, but to be expected with a large house during a holiday week (ie freezer, toaster, can-opener, dish washer). i am sure if we called they would have fixed/ replaced. One change would be slighly larger couch.

Family Vacay

Our family vacay was a success! We enjoyed every single thing about this house. Room for our family if 9 to spread out for plenty of rest. There were a few issues that were to be expected at the end of a busy season like air filters needing to be changed or possibly just cleaning the air vents. There were a couple pieces of patio furniture that were broken but we let maintenance know and they came out the next day and removed them. The elevator was a blessing to us all. Fully and I mean FULLY stocked kitchen! We cooked meals each night so we were glad to have everything we needed.

Nice house

We enjoyed our stay at Deja View. The clothes washer broke but was replaced. The kitchen sink had a significant leak but Shoreline responded quickly and I was compensated for our trouble. Shoreline was always courteous and took care of the problems. On another note, the beach access was nearby but required going up and down 50-60 steps to get to the beach. For someone with knee problems, the house elevator was great but getting to the beach was a problem.

Awesome place!

This home was perfect for us this past week. The pool, outside bar with TV and the elevator were a big hit! Beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen although many of the pans should be replaced. Only complaint was when we arrived we noticed the place wasn't very clean. Counters were sticky in the kitchen and trash and debris under many of the beds. Floors were gritty. The grill almost blew up my son in law because of all the grease. Might want to get a new cleaning crew. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent your place in the future

if we had gotten the correct door code and the tv set up in living room had worked, our vacation would have been just about perfect. the space was just right for our party of 9. everyone seemed to like their rooms. oh yeh, if you are looking for ice, in the freezer is a small drawer that isn't readily seen. we only found it upon leaving when bending over deep in the freezer to clean it out. the drawer is not easily seen.

Everything was really nice. Maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. Impressive. Only complaint is that the floors were really dirty. Walking with socks on they ended up black on the bottoms. Looks like it never gets mopped. Also pots and pans could be replaced. Really old and rough. No lids for storage. Only bottoms. Lol. Otherwise a lively perfect place for our vacation

Great location

The house was very clean and convenient to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. It rained a lot during our week so we were stuck inside quite a bit. There wasn't enough room for our party of 13 to be comfortable together in the house on the rainy days, and there wasn't any outdoor space where we could hang out to stay out of the rain. If there were more comfortable seating options on the upper level and/or the game room was more comfortable to relax in, we would have given the house 5 stars. Also, the outdoor shower was not enclosed which disappointed those of us who enjoy an outdoor shower, and there was no "sand free" way to get from the front of the house to the backyard area unless you went through the house. A few minor furniture changes and some simple structures to keep residents dry outside would make the house perfect.

For the most part the rental was very nice. It was a little upsetting to find several of the amenities broken, when the maintenance department was notified they stated the owner was aware and was working with a contractor. I think this should have been revealed at the time of the rental as it was made apparent these amenities had been out of order for some time. I do appreciate the quickness that maintenance responded with.

Knotty by Nature

House was roomy and close to the beach but had ants and cockroaches. Had to call the realtor to get in, access code was changed, not cleaned well upon arrival, dirt, sand and dog hair under sofa's. Lower level toilet broken, pool leaked and had to top off daily, had to go buy batteries for remotes. Elevator and tiki bar was nice touch.

House needs some tender love & care. Needs updating…Furniture & carpet in family room are stained, old, dirty.Shoreline Reality was fantastic getting what we needed. Maintenance was quick to respond when air conditioning on 2nd floor wasn't working, TV's weren't hooked up. Owner should have notified us that a painter was mtg her there for appraisal. I had no idea who he was. It all worked out, but a heads up would have been appreciated. Luckily, he didn't need to come inside..Thank-you!

Great house

We had our extended family of 13 stay here and it never felt crowded. House was clean. The elevator was great for my 85 year old mom. The pool was used every day and night! We were a short walk to the beach access and we used the cabana service daily, which made it a lot easier! Would definitely come back to this house.

Beautiful house in excellent neighborhood

We loved the pool and the safety of the backyard access to the pool. The walk to the beach was longer than the time listed and the steps were steep. Overall the house was clean and we had a great stay

Fun Holiday Stay

House was clean and presented as per the listing. Management company was very prompt in fixing a couple issues (Doorknob in kitchen to front porch was broken, prep sink needed fixing, hot tub cleaning which we think was not cleaned prior to our arrival). The house could use additional comfy seating in the living room, space for (6) folks is not enough in a house this size. Could use a large sofa for all to sit. Otherwise house was very dog friendly and the location close to the beach and grocery shopping was nice. In addition, the elevator was used a ton since the main living area is on the top floor.
