Beach Place: Oceanside | Short Walk to the Beach

Perfect for small families or a couple's getaway, this cozy two-bedroom condo provides guests with convenient access to the beach plus all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Beach Place is an end-unit for more privacy, with access to your own covered deck space where you can hear the ocean and taste the salt air. The oceanside location means a short, safe walk to the beach using the wooden walkway located directly across the street. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature new LVT flooring throughout that is both stylish and kid-proof. With an excellent location between Duck and Corolla, the Seaside Villas condos in Ocean Sands are a short drive from all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns, including shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf. The new Corolla bike path connects all of Ocean Sands north to Whalehead.

The location of this condo was great, just a short walk to the beach. There was a massive amount of stairs we didn’t anticipate, so carrying a family sized amount of beach gear up and down was a pain. The condo overall is as pictured, all towels were sealed which is nice to know they’re clean. The floors however were absolutely disgusting. After being in the condo and my son walking around exploring for an hour his feet were black on the bottom. We wore socks the entire stay because of how gross they were. We didn’t need all of the beds, which is convenient because there wasn’t a set of sheets supplied for one of them and there was a sizable stain on the mattress. Beds are not super comfortable, but they worked for the time we were there. Bathrooms were clean, but the sinks and tub drain take an extremely long time to drain. By the time I was done brushing my teeth the entire sink was full and I didn’t keep the water running while I was brushing. I came back 10 minutes later and the water still hadn’t fully drained. The laundry is outside of the front door, which would’ve been nice to just include in the check in email versus me having to reach out to ask or siphon through the 10 tabs on the guest portal. On our way out as we were checking all of the rooms to make sure we had gathered everything, we saw a dead cockroach underneath a bed, so I will be checking our luggage to make sure we didn’t bring any to our home.

The greatest time

We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back! You are seconds away from the beach walking, and a short drive to the villages for shops and restaurants. There’s also a small shopping center in walking distance for quick things. We had an issue with the ac but the host quickly responded and helped remedy the issue. Check in and out was super easy and the host is readily available to assist with anything.

Beach getaway.

The property is less then a 5 minute walk from the beach and centrally located. We went during off season so we practically had the beach to ourselves. It was amazing for sunrise. The property was a perfect size for us (2 people). The property was clean but there were 2 dead roaches. The beds weren't the most comfortable but it's location was great and staff friendly. We would stay there again.

Great location, very clean property

We had a very nice 4-night stay. The property was very clean and well kept and the short walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach was super convenient. Our stay reminded us why we love Corolla so much (it had been 5+ years) so we look forward to visiting the area again soon. Thank you!

Great location!!!

This was a great location and space for our family! It was close to the beach, shopping, and Harris Teeter. Our only complaint was the uncomfortable bed in the main bedroom.
