This is the worst management for the house we stayed in. First of all they claimed they gave us one towel & one washcloth for each person. I told them this wasn’t the case and they still didn’t send us any more. We had to go to Walmart to buy towels and washcloths. Also, who uses 1 washcloth and 1 towel for 7 days. Second, they replaced the Amazon firestick, but it doesn’t work and so the tv didn’t work because that’s all they use is firestick. So the kids couldn’t use the TV. Claim was coming back to fix it, never did. Thirdly, the washer did not work. (Obviously didn’t check before we arrived) We asked for maintenance to come and fix or replace. Was told that the washer can’t be replaced until after we depart the vacation rental. We had to take our laundry to a laundromat 1 hr away. Kitchen sink sprayer doesn’t work. Heavy dust on blinds in almost all the bedrooms. Also, maintenance man said he never been to this property before. So that means no cleaning had been done before we arrived. There were dead roaches in the sofa. Blinds were already broken in some bedrooms and in the living room. The garbage persons never picked up the garbage, so garbages piled up. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I hope the owners choose a new property management company because this one wasn’t it. Can’t believe we spent over 3K for a 7-day stay and paid more for stuff that should have been included.
