With covered decks and sun decks in front and back on the middle and top levels, and a large patio area around the pool, this home is designed with outdoor fun in mind! Recent updates include new flooring, interior paint, new washer and dryer and some bedding and furnishings. Bedrooms have all new extended bamboo flooring with new flat screen TVs, new interior paint and many new furnishings. The top level en suite has been completely renovated with custom doors, new tile flooring, a free-standing soaking tub and a new custom walk-in shower. There are new ceiling fans for outside decking areas and a hammock for your enjoyment. The pool deck has new sun beds and chairs for relaxing at the large private 14x32 pool.

Flip Flop'n is conveniently located near all the amenities that Corolla has to offer, including the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education, the Whalehead Club, the Currituck Club golf course, and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.

Mid Level: Queen bedroom with TV, bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with a full and a twin bed, full hall bath.

Top Level: King en suite with TV and Jacuzzi in the private bath, living area with wet bar, TV/DVD and stereo, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The decks are on the mid and top level.
