Welcome to Ocean Scout! Whether you're looking for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this is the perfect location for you. This newly built condo offers all the amenities you need to have a great time. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, The Whalehead Club, Corolla Light Town Center, restaurants, and much more.

Our beautiful 2-bed/2-bath condo, just a short walk from the beach! Located at the last beach access before the 4x4 beach area, you'll be only minutes away from the famous wild horses. Alternatively, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the beach from our condo in just a few minutes.

Inside, the condo features a lovely kitchen with a spacious island and plenty of seating. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a barbecue outside. The living room offers a generous space to relax, watch TV, or play games.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed and its own access to the Jack and Jill bathroom. Linens and towels are provided - just pack your bags and start your vacation!

For your convenience, there's a washer/dryer unit in the condo. The pool is heated, open from May to October 31st, and you have the option to rent cabanas for added comfort. Cabanas are available when the pool is open. We also provide four beach chairs to enhance your beach experience.

Get ready for a fantastic stay at our condo by the beach. Come on in, relax, and start enjoying your vacation!

** While this unit is fully complete, there is some construction in other parts of the community. We ask that you do not enter part of the complex that has construction going on.

Beautifully appointed condo in Corolla. Much thought was given from ease of check- in/out to fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lovely living spaces. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent Short Stay

We booked two nights to come down early before our weekly rental, this place was perfect for our family of five and small dog. Great location with beach access, a fantastic pool and the beach side mexican restaurant was perfect for a snack and margarita! There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, thanks for a fantastic stay!

Family vacation 2024

This was just perfect for me and my family!! Very short walk to the pool which was great!! And nice walk to the beach !! We cooked our dinners … the kitchen had everything we needed..we walked everywhere!! You don’t need to leave the property if you have your groceries!! We all loved it!!! Thank you!!!

Exceptional Stay!!!

Lynn is a fantastic host! She provided tons of information about the property, town, restaurants, shops, etc. The property is very clean, and beautifully decorated! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, the lighthouse, the park, and tons of small shops. We will definitely be back again! =)

Brand new place was fantastic. Perfect size for 4. Right next to Lighthouse and Corolla Light Town Center and good restaurants. I drive an EV so being next to one of only charging stations on northern OBX was HUGE. Beach was great, not crowded. THANK YOU!

Great condo at the perfect location on the Outer Banks!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and we were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our small group (2 adults, 1 child), filled with every household item we needed, and located in the perfect spot. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, and others are only a short drive away. We really enjoyed the community pool as well -- perfect for families! It was a pleasure dealing with Lynn as she was extremely responsive and answered all my questions.

Lovely condo nice property

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice and well put together. The beach was close and the pool was great. The ongoing construction was a but annoying but once that is complete it will be very nice. The one thing I would change is the outdoor space (not really one at all) for a two bed condo there were only two chairs and the view was the back fence of another condo. That would not keep me from staying again.

Awesome!

We had an amazing vacation! Lynn was so easy to reach, and she was always quick when responding to questions that we had. The house was brand new and extremely clean. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back in the future.

Simply great

Clean, very clean! Brand new place and we loved having a “beachy” place to return to after a day out. Lynn has everything you could think of in the kitchen- very well stocked, Just needs oven-mitts. Lighthouse is right down the street, beach is like 6 min walk and the shops are right around the corner. Arrive early to the bakery- line is long but worth it. I would recommend Morning Glory muffin- incredibly good. The town itself is not crowded which is a big plus. The only thing I would want would be line of some sort to hang wet swim suits, but I understand that could be an eyesore. We would rate this property a “10” and are sure to return!

Wonderful place!

We didn’t have the best weather but the condo was great! Close access to the beach and shops and to the 4x4 beach. All the little details that the owners took to make the stay more accommodating was great. If we come back to OBX, we’d stay here again!

Lovely single floor condo steps from the beach

We spent a long weekend at the condo, with a good friend and our miniature dachshund, Rose. It's brand new construction (evidenced by the fact that they're still building everywhere around the complex). The complex pool is lovely, if still surrounded by construction. (This will change soon enough. ) The condo is within easy walking distance to one of several small shopping centers, and walking distance to beach access. It's less than 4 miles to the off-road section of Corolla Beach. It IS on the less populated end of the island, so if you're looking for Myrtle Beach busy, this ain't it. We weren't, so it fit our needs perfectly. It was quiet, beautifully appointed, and the owners were prompt in all their communications. Highly recommended!
