Welcome to Breezy Bungalow at Beacon Quarters by KEES Vacations!


Enjoy understated elegance in this luxury condo within the soothing and brand-new Beacon Quarters community. The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, volleyball area and other amenities available in the entertainment complex, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. Plus, to top it all off, it's less than a mile away from access to the beautiful Corolla beach!

The open great room is adorned with beautiful decor and artwork. Your condo provides ample living space that features a custom sectional sofa with queen pull out sleeper and a flat screen HDTV. Plenty of natural light flows in from the windows, creating a light and airy beach-side escape.

An elegant kitchen is just waiting for your culinary touch! This well-equipped cooking area is the perfect place to interact with the chef as he or she makes use of the gorgeous cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and abundant workspace to create the meal of everyone's fantasies! You can all enjoy that meal together at the adjacent dining table.

The single-level condos at Beacon Quarters offer guests comfortable accommodations for the perfect night's rest. Enjoy staying in the King En Suite bedroom with a private full bathroom. The second spacious bedroom also provides a unique bedding configuration, featuring a Queen bed and a beautiful custom built in twin loft bed. You can find a common full bathroom just down the hall across from the laundry area.

When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, sit back on the porch with a cold drink. What could be better than laying back on a cool Outer Banks evening? A gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home.

For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side of the Currituck Sound and take a walk along the tranquil sound-front nature trails. You're also not too far from the area's stunning landmarks such as the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Whether it's catching the sunsets off the waterfront or seeing the wild horses, Corolla's amazing sightseeing is glorious and not to be missed.

This property has 2 parking spot for guests.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Breezy Bungalow is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $155, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Clean. Updated. Good layout. Only problem was that housekeeping was unable to provide extra blankets or refill a soap dispenser despite repeated calls and emails over two days. Thus four and not five stars.

Needed soap in main suite bathroom. Recommend you bring a hair dryer and extra pillow cases for extra pillows and throw blankets. Comforter was stained upon arrival of visit but I’m hoping it was cleaned. Bring a plastic pitcher if you want to make tea or lemonade. Could not get WiFi operational with instructions given. It still is a wonderful place and would go again. Very comfortable and well designed.

Would definitely rent again

First time going to outer banks and will definitely be back next year. Started off with an issue of the door code so we couldn't get into the house. On 2nd phone call to property management they answered and quickly resolved the issue. House overall was excellent and loved the layout and location in Corolla. Cleanliness only 2 stars because there were clumps of animal hair around and floors were not clean so walking barefoot the bottom of our feet were dirty. I understand pet friendly but should have been mopped/swiffered before guest arrival. Wish there was a binder or paper with info about local restaurants and best walking directions to the beach. We did end up finding the beach access and crosswalk that lead to the beach and it wasn't a far walk at all so that was nice. The pool was excellent and a nice family cool off after being out in the sun. Food Lion grocery store not far from the house and prices same as any other grocery store even for being in a vacation area. Corolla was nice and laid back and not as busy as other areas like Duck. Overall loved this rental and our family will definitely look to make this trip a yearly thing.

Beware

Upon arrival, we were rudely approached by a nearby homeowner who made an unnecessary comment about our dog, despite the listing being pet-friendly. While trying to enter the property, the door code provided was incorrect—not once, but twice—which added to the frustration.The home itself had several issues:•Bugs inside and around the entryway•Non-working remotes and electrical outlets•No water from the hose or outdoor shower•Incorrect WiFi information•Flies attracted by excessive plants near the entranceWe were traveling with elderly parents who have medical issues, and these problems made the stay very uncomfortable. We expected a welcoming and functional rental and were disappointed by both the condition of the property and the reception from the neighbors.We would not rent this home again and hope these issues will be addressed.

Great location with a cute loft bed

The property was well furnished and nicely decorated. Location in Corolla was close to everything. Our son loved sleeping in the twin loft. We did have issues with a couple of outlets that did not work and the parking spot for this unit would be hard to get into and out of in season.
