 Questa casa di fronte all'oceano, arredata in modo impeccabile e ben tenuta, offre 4 Master Suite. Ognuno è decorato con il proprio motivo e ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio per due persone per la privacy e il relax. Due suite includono letti a baldacchino per quel tocco elegante e sentimento e due presepi Porta sono disponibili per i più piccoli.

La cucina ben attrezzata con ice maker free standing, due frigoriferi pieni e 1/2 e la grande sala aperta e spaziosa con camino trasparente, offre un luogo invitante per riunioni di famiglia. Vasca idromassaggio fronte oceano Home theatre con TV al plasma da 52 "e DVD Blu-Ray. Sport bar con TV 46 ", mini biliardino. Internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuito disponibile per tutti i computer che porti.

Goditi la piscina privata a forma triangolare (15'x14'x5 ') o la piscina e il tennis della Comunità. Biancheria fornita. I ponti sull'oceano sono arredati per mangiare, rilassarsi e buona conversazione tra familiari e amici. Ci sono due docce esterne disponibili in modo da poter lasciare la sabbia della spiaggia alle spalle. Tutti questi servizi rendono questa casa il "Terning Point" di tutte le vacanze. Due griglie per barbecue così la cena non farà freddo! 20 metri dall'accesso alla spiaggia.

1. Filthy mold growing behind toilet!, and wall! The entire house sways like it’s going to fall down

Every time I touched something I couldn’t wait to wash up! After spending that much money we should be at a 5 star rental!, yours is maybes a 2? Very sad and frustrated! Thank you! But will never stay here again! Oh!, the house sways so either the house or the deck is ready to go, let’s just pray it doesn’t kill anyone!

Nice house, but some maintenance issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nicely designed and laid out, but we had multiple service issues while we were there, including: visibly dirty pots, pans and silverware in kitchen, used tissues and grit under dining table and living room sofa, 3 plumbing leaks in kitchen and upstairs bathroom which requires immediate attention as visible stain on lower floor ceiling kept growing, oven broiler element didn't work, and cable service went out and required on site repair that prevented its use for 2 days.People at the office were nice and helpful, but we spent more time than we would have liked trying to address problems in the house.While the house has a pool, it's so small that it's not very useful, and was very dirty for the entire week that we were there.

Reviewer Comments: A family vacation that had been in the works for months was deflated as soon as we arrived...the grounds were unkept...then upon entering the house beds were not fully made...floors unclean...carpet dirty...furniture that in the main area was filthy and had to put covers over them to be able to sit on them, bathrooms were not cleaned (mirrors look like they had been cleaned with ocean water white film smears funning down),shower stalls dirty, food/drink ??? on wall of main floor area bathroom, soap scum build up and mold stuck together on shower curtain in bathroom 2nd left from main entrance...several items broken including door locks to outside on botton floor and upper deck sliding glass door. Our family scrimped and saved to have this vacation!

Nice house. Beach Realty no so nice.

Upon arrival the pool was green and hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. Management company said it wasn't an emergency and they'd get to it tomorrow. Pool was ok 3 days later but we never got to use it. Hot tub was also dirty and not cleaned for several weeks. They drained and cleaned it Saturday and we were able to use it. House was nice and comfortable but housekeeping was not very good. Beach Realty showed no concern. I would recommend the house but beware of Beach Realty management. Owners should look elsewhere for a management company that really looks out for them as the home is comfortable and roomy. Nothing was offered to us for the pool not being useable, which is what we asked for in the VRBO search Pool / Hot Tub Pet friendly. It is also listed as Oceanfront but there is no walkway from the house to the beach. it is one full house down.

Good Place, Poorly Managed, Terrible Mattresses

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is beautiful and the location is awesome. The management is abysmal. The furniture is expensive but the mattresses are terrible. The sheets are cheap and scratchy, the pillows are low quality, and the customer service is poor. We arrived to find not a single roll of toilet paper in the house (much less soap or similar). It's sad that the small things, which are easy to improve, are ignored in a house with gorgeous furniture, an amazing view, and steps from the beach. The small pool is unheated. It was opened right before we arrived and supposedly serviced during our stay, but it looked gross/green the whole time. The house next door had the same pool, but theirs had clear blue water. The hot tub was nice. In spite of all the negatives, I would have gone back if the mattress hadn't been so bad.

Outer Banks adventure

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and it was lovely. Our family of 11 had plenty of room in this home. Overall, would recommend this property. Pro: location (boardwalk to beach is one house over), beach not crowded, walking distance (.5-.7miles flat walk) to lots of shops, restaurants, rentals, and grocery store. If you wanted a one stop beach location this could be it. You could drive here and then walk for everything else you wanted to do. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was great. Kitchen well supplied with pots and pans. Upper floor is great, huge dining table, wide open space for large family gatherings. Cons: no “beach closet” (most VRBO properties we’ve stayed in have a closet with beach toys, left over chairs and umbrellas, cooler etc… didn’t see that here) but we did leave our stuff behind so maybe the next person will enjoy it. Many baths had very small shower stalls with curtains that stick to your legs when showering, doors would be a nice upgrade. Very firm beds (could be a pro if you like that). Dunes have grown up to impede view from top balcony (totally understand that’s an ecological issue and can’t be fixed but the view is moderately disrupted because of it). Aged decor and design in the lower and mid levels. Need furniture replacement on the upper level, the couches are past their prime. Northerner location on OBX, good if you prefer more quiet. Traffic can be significant getting to the location.

However due to blood and urine stains on the mattress covers on the room with the bunk beds, it put a damper on my grandchildrens vacation. They were then afraid to sleep by themselves( 5y & 7y) We we called to alert the staff they were very attentive and sent someone over promptly to remove the bedding. Kudos to them on the fast response!!We did love the close access to the beach.

We had a good stay. It was a gathering of old friends with a few kids. The house was large and very nice for most part. The bathroom showers were tiny in at least a few rooms with very cheap fixtures . The staff on the other side of my texts were extremely helpful, helping us quickly with the shortage in towels. They even managed to get the broken stairwell fixed in a few days.. good view of the ocean and access to the beach

Fantastic views, lovely living areas, nice firm mattresses, and plenty of room. The kitchen stove needs new burners asap! (It is almost unusable!) I would recommend bring your own towels. The carpet is not worn and looks fairly new but it is not being cleaned deep enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room, not bad house. Tiny pool. Pool dirty, filter not running all week. Didn't change after pool tech showed up on Thursday for 2 minutes. Extremely warm in the house all week, even in the evenings. Porch railing on 3rd floor have no posts supporting them, kind of dangerous and loose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house - fully equipped. Family had a wonderful time with many lasting memories. First time to the Outer Banks and enjoyed the laid back pace. Accommodations and amenities were perfect. Walk to the beach over the sand dune was very manageable for small toddlers. Overall, very pleased with the and would consider future visits. Traffic was extremely congested and slow going upon arrival. Would recommend arriving early, if possible. Communications with the Beach Realty was excellent and we found everything in place and well cared for.

The location is excellent: the beach is literally right behind the house, grocery store is within walking distance, and neighborhood is very pleasant. We absolutely loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family getaway at TernPoint was great. The house was large and everyone was able to have their own "space". We had great views from the deck. There were a lot of steps both in the house and to the beach so I would advise anyone renting just to be aware of this.
