Rilassati nella tua piscina privata o nella grande vasca idromassaggio. Troppo sole? Gioca a una partita amichevole di biliardo nella sala giochi o rilassati sul ponte inferiore coperto e goditi la brezza dell'oceano. Alla ricerca di divertimento all'aria aperta? Gioca a tennis nel campo di quartiere o prenota un tee time in uno dei grandi campi da golf che l'OBX ha da offrire. La camera da letto due è dotata di un letto a castello in stile piramidale con un letto estraibile sul fondo. La sala giochi è piena di tavolo da biliardo, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e dispositivo di scorrimento per accedere alla piscina e alla doccia esterna.

    Livello medio: 4 camere da letto, lavatrice, asciugatrice, Den w / Wet Bar, mini frigo, forno a microonde, divano, 40 "TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, dispositivo di scorrimento sul ponte posteriore per accedere all'idromassaggio e alla piscina. Camere da letto: (1) camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno in comune completo con accesso al corridoio. (2) Camera da letto matrimoniale con TV e bagno privato completo e vasca idromassaggio. (3) Camera da letto della regina con TV. (4) Camera da letto a castello con piramide.

    Livello superiore: camera da letto King, cucina, sala grande e vista sull'oceano. Cuocere il tuo cuore nella cucina completamente attrezzata dotata di ripiani in granito, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e un assortimento di pentole, padelle e utensili. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con TV e lettore DVD. Bagno completo con cabina doccia, grande vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavabo. Grande sala grande con 2 divani, sedia e ottomana, 47 "TV e lettore DVD, dispositivo di scorrimento per ponte w / mobili, tavoli da pranzo zona pranzo 10 e un bar cucina che può ospitare 5. Non dimenticare quella vista sull'oceano!

    Esterno: parcheggio per 4 auto, grill a gas, nuova area piscina con mobili, doccia esterna.

    Servizi: Quartiere privato senza traffico. Situato in posizione strategica ea breve distanza a piedi da ristoranti, mini golf, go cart, negozio di alimentari e gelateria. Piscina privata, vasca idromassaggio, internet ad alta velocità, 6 TV, TV a schermo piatto (32 ", 40" e 47 "), 4 lettori DVD, stereo con altoparlante Bluetooth, giochi da tavolo, libri, grill a gas, frigorifero di dimensioni complete e mini frigorifero , lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, 2 vasche idromassaggio. Campi da tennis pubblici. Vietato fumare. No animali. Accesso alla spiaggia a soli 115 metri.

    "Ottima casa in ottima posizione! La mia famiglia di 14 tra cui tre bambini di 5 anni e sotto ha trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questa casa. Era bellissimo, il layout era eccezionale per noi, con camere da letto su tutti e tre i livelli. Abbiamo apprezzato la piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, a Tim-buck-two e ai mercati e ai ristoranti raffinati. "

Perfect Vacation

The house is exactly as listed We had an amazing week. With a lot of kids there was enough floors and rooms that parties could do their own thing and then we would meet up every evening. Quick walk to the beach, we were able to leave all our gear at the beach and it was never bothered. Highly recommended this rental. Never been before and water was a little cold, do your research on the time of year you go.

Reviewer Comments: We did have a great time however there were some things that should have been fixed that was not the refrigerator in the kitchen was not cooling...we had to use the refrigerator on the bottom floor...it was such a hassle, the bathtub on the bottom floor had a huge crack so we could not use that shower which was a hassle as well as we had 14 people in the house, there was some molding along the hand rail that was missing and had sharp edges which caused cuts on arms, the paint in the showers was peeling off the wall

Vacation

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach . The top floor has been updated. It was a great space to enjoy the whole family. The updated bathroom was so pretty but the owner should finish a few small things to prevent the water on the new floor. The Pool was great! but the area around the pool can use some cleaning and updating!!! The bottom floor had many bugs and very old!! The hot tub didn’t work but after a call to the office someone came and fixed the hot tub and sprayed for bugs. The outhouse in front of the house was the biggest problem. After many calls as to why it was there it was never resolved. When my 3 year old granddaughter knew what house we were in by the outhouse in the front yard was embarrassing!!!!! I would rent this house again if it had more updates. I didn’t care for the bottom floor or the bugs or the outhouse!!!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Corolla is a great house that is unfortunately suffering from neglect. When we first showed up, we noticed that nothing had been vacuumed, there were bugs all over the floor of the basement, and the whole house was sandy. It wasn't until we went to bed the first night that we realized that the sheets hadn't been changed either. There was sand, hair, and stains on most of the sheets; my bed even had blood on one of the pillows. It was obvious that the sheets were never changed and were just made with the previous renters sheets. There were several maintenance issues as well, including a broken glass shower door, broken kitchen cabinet, broken sliding door. The list goes on.After calling to get these issues fixed, it was smooth sailing for a few days before the bugs came back. I'm not sure what the deal is, but *hundreds* of roly-poly bugs crawled in and died on the ground floor of this house during our week there.I want to like this house, and would gladly stay there if these issues were fixed, but it's obvious this house isn't being taken care of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and location, but there were a few issues due to lack up upkeep:1. The main kitchen fridge did not work. We had to keep our food in coolers in the kitchen. This was highly inconvenient. A maintenance man came and checked for us but said they had known about it for two weeks prior to our stay and they were waiting for a repairman to come. 2. The basement shower was cracked rendering it unable to take showers in. Another huge inconvenience for the family staying in the basement.3. There was mold on the inside of the green master bath.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family rented this home for 10 adults. Our stay was very enjoyable as we had other family members staying a few houses away and the weather was perfect while there. We enjoyed the breezes on the porches and the pool was great! However, the house was not clean when we arrived. The floors were dirty as evidenced by spill spots, crumbs in the carpet and dirty feet when walking around bare footed. There were dishes put away dirty and the dining table chairs were grimy requiring us to clean with sanitary wipes. There were no cleaning agents or dustpan provided. There was a partially empty soda can on a table on the deck. Every kitchen cabinet contained dishes/pots/pans so there was nowhere to store food except out on the counters. There was no gauge on the propane tank so we ran out of propane mid grilling with no refill available. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and no clothes lines for wet towels outdoors. No mirrors in the bedrooms except one which had hand prints all over it. One small chest of drawers in the each bedroom. The ice machine did not work and the refrigerator leaked. Poolside table was broken as well as some of the furniture. This was brought to the attention of management. Someone came out 2 days after but did not resolve the problem. Management offered to come clean the house after we mentioned that it was dirty on arrival but we had already wiped down surfaces and had moved all our belongings in so we declined that. Mainly the house just needed a better cleaning, replacement of broken furniture, additional propane and attention to those things that make a week’s stay more comfortable.

Great Experience

Reviewer Comments: Villa Corolla was not the original property we rented. When we moved in the original house on Saturday afternoon we found many issues including unsafe decks, kitchen utensils that were old and very much needed to be replaced, and generally a not very well cleaned property. The rental company visited and agreed with the many issues. They offered us Villa Corolla and five families moved there on Sunday. This home is in excellent condition, clean, close to the beach and shopping. Although slightly smaller, it housed five couples, one additional adult and seven children very well. Kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was clean. Would consider renting it the next time. Hats off to Kitty Hawk Rentals for being so understanding and easy to work with

Reviewer Comments: Our house was ready at 4 as promised, but there were 2 other families that came in while we were checking in that their houses were not ready. If that happened to us I would not have been happy. I also placed a call to beach realty the day we arrived and the next day about our internet. We could not connect to it and no one showed up all week to look at it. We had problems with the pool and hot tub, someone did show up to look at it. Other than that it was a nice house. We did get the Internet working ourselves but it wasn't password protected.

Summer Get- A- Away

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house furnishings i.e. bedrooms, living rooms, pool, spa, kitchen, etc. were very good. It is close to the beach access and the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. My only complaint is that there were roaches and ants in the home. I believe an exterminator is in order. Until the bugs are taken care of I would not recommend this property to anyone else.

The perfect place

The bed and bedding in the upstairs master is so comfortable, that alone might have made my vacation. But, there's also the porch swing, foosball table, hot tub, and swimming pool! The kitchen is well equipped and everything is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and in good condition. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great also. The property was ready to get in right a 4 pm. Very close to good restaurants, stores and attractions. We are going to stay there again next year for sure. Great job to all.

Big and beautiful

This property was beyond perfect. It was more than enough room for our family, with plenty of extras, like foosball, tv’s, and big kitchen/dining area. The pool was a lifesaver with little kids but the 2 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat!! Highly recommend.
