The well stocked kitchen highlights a desirable layout with a pantry, island, dining seating for thirteen, and access to the screened porch that leads to the rooftop deck to experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Also included on this level are a master king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes.

The mid level has two covered decks, a large den, a master bedroom with king, a master bedroom with queen, and a bedroom with two twins.

The well appointed lower level will entertain your family with a huge game room with pool table, game table, and wet bar with full size refrigerator. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom, bedroom with two bunk sets, full hall bath, and laundry area. Access to the pool area.
