'Cool Change' is a spacious semi-oceanfront vacation home in Corolla. There's plenty of room for your family to spread out in the three levels of living space. Your family will love this roomy 6-bedroom, 4-1/2 bath home and all the amenities it includes. The vast outdoor space, a private pool, hot tub, poolside lounge, large shaded and sun decks with plenty of furniture and convenient beach access across the street will allow everyone to enjoy sun, sand, and water whenever they want.
'Cool Change' offers a perfect location just minutes to many Corolla restaurants, shopping, golf and more. After your day of fun and sun, relax in the hot tub. Only 30 yards to beach access.
Additional Amenities: Private Pool (10' x 20'), Hot tub (6), Wireless Internet Access, DVD player, 2 full size Refrigerators, Grill, Poolside Lounge, No Smoking, No Pets Allowed, Parking for 5 Cars, Distance to the Beach: 30 yards.
Ground Level: Queen Master w/TV and Full Bath that has Stand-Up Shower, Bedroom w/Pyramid Bed w/TV, Full Size Fridge.
Mid-Level: King Master w/Full Bath and TV and Slider to Deck, Bedroom w/Queen and TV, Bedroom w/1 Pyramid Bed and Bunk Bed w/TV/DVD, Full Hall Bath w/Laundry Closet that has a Washer and Dryer, Queen Bedroom w/TV and Slider to Deck.
Upper Level: Great Room w/TV/DVD, Dining Area w/8 Chairs (seating expanded to 10 w/leaf), Kitchen Bar w/4 Bar seats, Coffee Bar / Wine Bar, Kitchen is fully stocked, Powder Room, Bathroom with Tub, Awesome views from almost every window, Adirondack Chairs and Porch Furniture, Direct Beach Access across the street.
