"Northwind and Villa" Come experience the "4x4 BEACH" in this one-of-a-kind custom home with some pretty fantastic spaces. The delightful design offers the main house with three bedrooms and the "Villa" with a fourth bedroom, independent kitchen and bath. This set up allows one couple to get away from it all if desired!! The main house has three levels with a ground level entrance. Up the stairs to the right, level two offers a huge oceanfront living space with kitchen, dining, living room, laundry and half bath. If you go left at the top of the entry stairs, you're in the king bedroom with private bath and deck access. There is a hot tub on this level on the northeast level two deck. Upstairs to level three you'll find an oceanfront living space with couch, tv and deck with fantastic oceanfront views. Two bedrooms behind this living area offer two Queens in one room and a King with twin trundle in the other. These two rooms have their own private half bath (toilet and sink) but there is an access from either side to get into the "shower room".

"Villa" is connected to the main house by the level two deck. This tiny house is situated to the south of the main house and offers a small living space with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bath and a loft with queen bed. Perfect for a young couple or small family. See the 3D tour here:

Enjoy the large private pool on the ocean side of this lovely home, with ample seating and either gas or charcoal grill. Walkways/ boardwalk between the house, pool and outside shower mean no sandy feet from pool to living room!! :-)

Northwind is a dreamy place, with so many spaces for gathering or for solitude. Come enjoy the oceanfront experience; crashing waves, soft ocean breezes and blue expanses from every level of Northwind and Villa. The huge number of stars in the sky and the moon rising over the ocean will remind you of how grand the world is and how lucky you are to be right where you are.

Saturday Check in - 4 Wheel Drive Required- there are NO HARD ROADS HERE- Linens and Towels Provided - Approximately 7 miles up the 4x4 beach. No pets! Hot tub and pool open Mid May to late September. Parking at the house is free and unlimited. Guests will borrow the two season passes for parking on the beach. No graduation groups or events are allowed in any of the houses offered by Carova Cottages.
