Heaven Sent is a sprawling 8-bedroom house on the oceanside in Pine Island and is a paradise for families and friends looking for a place to gather and make memories. The home's private pool and hot tub are perfect for those seeking relaxation and refreshment under the sun. The rec room with a pool table is a fun-filled area for bonding, and golf enthusiasts will love the putting green.

One of the best things about this house is the spacious decks, the perfect setting for your morning coffee, conversations, or quiet moments of reflection. The house is also close to the beach, so you can easily take walks on the sand, go swimming or enjoy water sports under the sun. The accommodations are as luxurious as they are plentiful. There are 6 king en-suites, each with its own bathroom and plenty of space. The kids' rooms have 2 pyramid bunk beds and 2 bunk beds, perfect for a slumber party or adventure. From the cozy bedrooms to the stunning views, you'll find everything you need and more in this stunning house.

As you step inside, you are greeted with a great room that has a large TV and comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Beach Access: Just a short walk to the beach from the house! Head to the end of Island Lead Road to the Currituck County Southern Public Beach access located at Yaupon Lane. Access has parking, a bath house with showers and a lifeguard stand (in-season only).

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
