Walk in from the 2 car-carport right into a den/game room. Here you can enjoy a sporting game of foosball and then retreat to the loveseat and a watch a movie or maybe a sporting event on the flat screen HDTV. A wet bar with a full refrigerator provides a convenient space for your snacks and drinks. A full hall bath and a bedroom with a full over full bunkbed will turn into the kids' retreat. You might not see them for days!

The second level is a great room decorated with hardwood floor, soothing neutral decor and thoughtful touches. A flat panel HDTV invites you to sit down with friends and family as you watch a movie together or discover a favorite new TV show. Vaulted ceilings give the area an open and spacious feel. Exit through the sliding glass doors to enjoy your private balcony. It's a lovely spot to start your morning or end your afternoon with your favorite beverage of choice.

An updated and generous kitchen, with crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pendant lighting fixtures awaits the family chef. He or she will have plenty of working space and everything needed to create a memorable meal. The breakfast bar with seating for three invites company and conversation and the rich wood table provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy a delicious meal together.

Two King En Suites grace this second level. The first one of these features a wood bedroom set with coordinated bedding and a flat screen HDTV. Watch whatever you want! The En Suite bath has a large tiled walk-in shower. The second King En Suite is complete with a distressed wood bedroom set, a flat screen HDTV and an En Suite bath with gracious tiled walk-in shower and double vanities.

The third level is the En Suite with 2 Queens that you may just have to flip a coin over. With plenty of privacy, this generous space features a built-in window seat, perfect for your summer reading or catching up with friends online, as well as a lovely En Suite full bath.

A screened porch holds the soothing hot tub that will take away any remaining stress. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool Outer Banks evening, feeling the bubbling jets work their magic on you? A grill and an outdoor seating area also round out the first level.

As part of the Corolla Light community, you and your group enjoy access to the many fabulous amenities. The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered to be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season.

The three air-conditioned Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 minutes during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so easy! Just pick up the trolley at one of the designated stops and off you go. If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you'll enjoy basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard courts while you're there.

For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side and take a walk along the mile sound front nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. Don't forget your workout routine at our Sports Center or enjoy a game of tennis on one of the 10 tennis courts. At the end of the day, indulge yourself and your family to dinner and drinks at the award-winning Ocean Front Grille. Guests must pick up wristbands for access to amenities at the Corolla Light Sportsplex.

**Per Corolla Light, for 2026 the heated Oceanfront training pool will be open May 16th through October 12th, with the other Oceanfront pools open May 23rd through September 18th. The Oceanfront pools open for general swimming at 10:00 am, with lap swimming available from 10:00 am -11:00 am in the South Pool. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.

**Indoor Community Pools are available all year round 8am to 6pm.  Please know that indoor pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
