The Space:

Welcome to your OBX dream come true at Oceanfront Captain's Retreat! Coastal charm meets rustic elegance in this luxury home that is perfect for your family vacation, down to the tiniest detail. Ocean views greet you from all over the house - after cooking up a delicious meal in the stocked kitchen, dine together at the large table while watching the waves. Dolphins are frequently spotted splashing among the surf while pelicans soar overhead, so you will want to spend time enjoying nature from the dune deck gazebo. The great room offers a comfortable spot indoors to read a book, watch or movie, or chat while the large windows ensure the views are not sacrificed! Drinks and snacks are within reach at the great room wet bar. 3 bedrooms round out the main level: 1 king bedroom with a private luxury ensuite bath, a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom with a Jack n Jill full bath.



Upstairs, more bedrooms await. There are 3 king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. The first king bedroom is is an ocean-facing oasis with a balcony, stunning views, and a private ensuite full bath. The remaining 2 king bedrooms and the bunk room that sleeps 4 have access to a lovely full bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.



On the ground level you will find the final king bedroom & bathroom, along with the game room! Send the gamers of your family into the garage where they can challenge each other to a round of ping pong, pool, or XBOX. A cozy coffee nook finishes off the amenities on the ground level.



Upgrades Alert! This home will offer new beds & baths, sleeping up to 24 guests, along with a private theater, poker/game room, and other amenities.



Outside is where the real perks begin! The dune deck is a highlight of the outdoor amenities, the perfect spot to sit right above the sand and observe the wildlife. The private pool is situated picturesquely between the home and the dunes, along with a hot tub where you can indulge in ultimate relaxation. A volleyball tournament is definitely on the list with the private sand volleyball court! Work on your suntan in the seating area, or head right over to the beach on the private dune walk. Multiple decks feature furniture where you can eat or hang out. An outdoor shower is available to keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The Neighborhood:

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
