Two levels of covered outdoor space ensure everyone gets to enjoy those Outer Banks breezes. Multiple living areas give everyone the chance to spread out and claim a spot as their own. Enjoy a lovely community view from the spacious decks, with beach access only 3 blocks away. With Adirondack chairs, dining sets and even a porch hammock, there's plenty of choices in how you enjoy your outdoors! Parrotdise is a perfect big group vacation home boasting 7 bedrooms & 6.5 baths with over 3,000 square feet. All members of the family are welcome to join in the fun with this PET FRIENDLY property.

Calling all pool players! The first level recreation room has a pool table sure to provide hours and hours of fun and friendly competition. Also enjoy a flat panel HDTV, a pub table and plenty of seating to watch the games! A wet bar with a beverage cooler and a microwave has everything you need for simple snacks and drinks. For all your laundry needs a laundry room is located steps away from the recreational area, complete with a retro mini fridge with dual doors and true freezer. This level also contains plenty of sleeping options with three bedrooms. One has a Queen bed, while the other has two twin beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

The second level has a comfortable sitting area with two sofas and a great entertainment center with a flat screen HDTV and a corner desk if you simply MUST work on vacation. Let's hope no one uses it! Three King En Suites with crisp, new white bedding round out this level. The third level of the home is a huge great room, with vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents and a soothing color palette with coastal decor. The living area boasts plenty of plush sofas and chairs, with beautiful bright accent pillows. A large entertainment center with a flat panel HDTV offers the opportunity for the group to gather around together to enjoy the latest Netflix pick.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to create a wonderful family meal, enjoy the plentiful cabinets, full suite of appliances (with 2 dishwashers) and a breakfast bar so the chef can have company (and maybe some helpers) as he or she is hard at work. What a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, enjoy a home-cooked meal as you talk, laugh, make plans and memories together. Plenty of outdoor dining space with picnic table seating for 8. It's time to unplug and unwind! A spacious King En Suite retreat and an additional common half bath round out the third level.

**Parrotdise is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
