Property was dirty inside and all outside areas . Dishwasher was broken and took 3 days to fix . All decking had nails popping up making it a hazard walking around . The pool area needed a power washing and play area was definitely tetanus shot waiting to happen needs deep cleaning and some maintenance of sand area. hen has NO pantry space Refrigerator is missing shelves and light doesn’t work Too many dishes and most broken ditto pots/pans No spices not even salt/pepperEntire kitchen needs revamp and nerfs to be organized Many area lights are not working including the fan in living area which doesn’t have light bulbs Spiderwebs everywhere and even inside lights ! Furniture is beat up and old Have plastic on chairs in dining area ! Need bath rugs and throw rugs in kitchen area Could use electric broom to deal with all the sand Overall house is old which would be okay but not well maintained and amenities are awful No hangers in entire house Sand on all floor surfaces Nails protruding from deck Pool area water doesn’t drain in right side and all furniture is dirty . Could use umbrella in oil area Entire pool area could use power washing Nice to have playground but all the equipment is run down and area is not well maintained All outside area covered in 2 inches of sand including outside showerNeed shades in main living room sun is insane in morning
