La tua famiglia apprezzerà questa spaziosa casa privata. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti, letti fatti. Guarda l'alba del mattino sull'oceano e il tramonto sul suono. All'ultimo piano grande sala grande, zona pranzo (ponte di fronte all'oceano) Cucina con terrazza per vedere i tramonti. C'è un bagno per gli ospiti a questo livello con una suite matrimoniale con letto queen size e un proprio salotto (letto pieghevole disponibile in una camera da letto) di fronte all'oceano. Lenzuola incluse. Non esitate a chiamarmi per quanto riguarda questa casa. Novità per la vasca idromassaggio 2020.
Il secondo piano contiene una master suite con letto king size, salotto (contiene un letto singolo pieghevole) e decking con vista ovest. Master camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (ponte privato lato oceano) che condivide un bagno con una grande camera da letto con 2 letti queen size.
Il piano inferiore ha una grande sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, mobile bar, frigorifero full size, t. v. DVD, Roku, patio, mezzo bagno, camino a gas, libri, videoteca e giochi. C'è una zona lavanderia al primo pianerottolo. Aria centrale.
Goditi questa grande piscina privata con mezza vasca e zona spogliatoio, c'è anche una doccia all'aperto.
Le aree di seduta in due delle camere da letto principali - pacchetto disponibile n play, letti doppi pieghevoli, sedia rialzata, seggioloni, cancelli e penna da gioco.
Park grill, tavolo da picnic e panche, molti salotti e sedie a bordo piscina. Sedie da spiaggia, carro da spiaggia ecc.

Casa situata ad est della Route 12, vicino al tennis e alla spiaggia (a pochi passi da 0. 2 miglia 1056 piedi / 350 yds) questa casa non si trova sulla Route 12 e non è possibile accedere alla route 12 dalla casa.
Come fare jogging, correre, camminare o andare in bicicletta, abbiamo una passerella di nuova costruzione sulla rotta 12 lunga 4 miglia.

This house is definitely a 10/10. The house was clean, spacious, located within an easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. It had something to offer everyone. Our family had a great time. I would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing one stop spot at OBX.

This home was beyond doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The furniture and decor was what I would choose for myself. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean with terrific water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eileen thought of everything to make this a delightful stay. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Will definitely return.

Great home for our family!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is sensitive to chlorine and usually can't enjoy swimming, but the saltwater pool made it possible for her to enjoy it with her brothers. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and is just five minutes from the grocery store, which was really convenient for us. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Definitely a great spot in the Outer Banks!

Wonderful home for large family,friends...perfect atmatmosphere!

When we walked it this home was perfect for all of us.Very roomy,clean and perfectly beach and vacation friendly. We had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding,linens, everything needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs you name it, it was there. The pool,hot tub and area around pool was amazing! This a wonderful beach retreat!

A Wonderful Beach House

We had the best week at this beach house. Eileen is the perfect host as she thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house is very clean and as soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home. We absolutely loved the heated salt water pool. Absolutely 5 starts out of five and total 👍

Awesome Vacation

Our family vacation at Pelican Rest was everything a vacation should be at the beach. Everything was included such as beach chairs, wagon, pool, grill and a host that was always available for questions or help with anything we needed.

Perfect OBX family vacation experience!

This property is exceptional and Eileen is an excellent host! Our family of 7 adults, 1 child (18 month old) and two dogs all had a great time staying in this very clean home with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and more. We appreciated all the amenities available with this property, especially the baby monitor, safety gate and high chair for my granddaughter. We couldn’t have found a more child friendly and dog friendly property in such a great location! Everyone enjoyed the private pool area with heated salt water pool, hot tub, cabana and plenty of seating with umbrellas. The beach chairs and wagon that Eileen provided were very much appreciated! Eileen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure that we enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Corolla stay

Wonderful house including everything you need. Everything was perfect including the pool and host Eileen. 5 minute walk to the beach access stairs. Would stay there again. It's worth the wait getting thru the Duck traffic. Was a bit of road noise and lots of stairs, but still a five star property at a reasonable price.

Wonderful Stay

Making memories

Beautiful place very accommodating for larger group and definitely kids friendly.. neighborhood was quiet and limited traffic.. Elaine was very friendly quick to respond and answer my questions.. our week there definitely made a lifetime of memories for 3 generations..we all hope to return

Fantastic get away despite the weather

Eileen was a great host and made the stay easy and fun. We had exceptionally bad weather, the entire week, but made the most of it with the pool, hot tub, and game room, supplemented by arts and crafts. Eileen kindly assisted with helping us after we found a lost dog while hiking one afternoon, and successfully got him back home the next day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation

Amazing shore house!

Fabulous family vacation

House was lovely, description accurate and very clean! We loved the hot tub and salt water pool. Beach access is 1/2 mile from end of driveway, very doable with children. Eileen even provides a wagon to cart beach supplies. We really enjoyed our time here and the layout of the house was very nice for 4 different families to sleep well. Would definitely return!

Our First Family Vacation with 4 generations

Everything was great! Complete setup means just that, we had everything we needed. Rooms worked perfectly for our families, the pool was refreshing, hot tub was relaxing, and the game room was fun! Fun and Sun at the beach.

The property is awesome! The property is perfect for a large family- we had ten. The house is well maintained- everything in working order. The kitchen is well equipped; beach chairs provided. There is nothing not to like about this beach house.

Fantastic Family Vacation!!!

Where to start….. This was by far the Best place we have stayed!! The listing for the property was 100% accurate. Eileen was a great host from the time we booked in 2021 to the drive home! The house was perfect we had 4 families with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you may need! The outdoor living space was fabulous with a beautiful pool, hot tub and sandy volleyball court! We are already looking forward to our next stay!! Thank you so much Eileen for everything!

I would live here!

The home was so lovely. I loved the decor and all the space and the fact we all (7 of us) had our own bathrooms and for the most part decks! Everything that you can think of was provided for us - it was amazing. I would love to live here for the pool alone amongst other things. Eileen was a fabulous host who was extremely responsive anytime we called her. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely return. Thank you Eileen and Michelle!

Best week ever!

Awesome family vacation the house is amazing. You only need your personal belongings food and drink. The house is equipped with everything you need and then some. The host is an amazing person. She checked in with us and could be easily reached if we had any questions. The house was immaculate, We enjoyed the pool , hot tub, sand volley ball court, pool table. The beach is very clean there are steps but not crowded and very family oriented. The grocery store, shops and water sports very close, thanks again to a great host our trip was amazing.
