See why guests choose Ricky's Retreat Too year after year for their OBX vacation. This oceanside home is located in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla. Gather your beloved family members and favorite friends in anticipation of securing this spectacular home with exclusive amenities such as a home theater, a private heated pool, and seven custom en suites, 9 bedrooms total. Since this home is only approximately 362 feet from your driveway to the beach access walkway, you will enjoy ocean views from the mid and top levels of this beautiful home.

Create special memories in this extraordinary retreat that has luxurious and upscale features so you and your family will experience the vacation of a lifetime. Perfect for large family gatherings, this expansive and well-appointed home is designed with striking architectural details reminiscent of Craftsman-style homes. The wonderful gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and a convenient wine cooler that will delight every family. Relax after hours of playing in the sun whether frolicking at the beach or in your own private heated pool, by polishing your billiards game in the large ground level sports bar, or enjoying your favorite films in the beautiful multi-tiered media room with surround sound and a big screen TV. Several of the TVs are HD Smart TVs. 8 of the 9 bedrooms have Netflix.

An elevator is an added convenience for those that have difficulty with stairs or for carrying groceries to the custom-built gourmet kitchen. The crow's nest delivers beautiful sunrise and sunset views and is the perfect place to cuddle up in peace with your favorite novel. A highlight for the entire family will be experiencing the enhanced media room to see, hear and feel all the action in your favorite movie with Bass Shaker theater seating.

Bed and bath linens are provided with beds made upon arrival.

The heated 12x28 pool is available from April to October call for details. Pool heat is an additional $400 per week.

This vacation home is a member of the Kilmarlic K-Club. Enjoy special golf rates, instructional clinics, private lessons, and exclusive transportation services to the K-Club.

Perfect spot for large family

The space was perfect, even in off season. The kitchen was well stocked and had everthing we needed. Multiple dishwashers and fridges were great. The only challenge was the tv remotes, hdmi cables, and batteries in them.some batteries just in case.
