Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! New for 2024: New Siding, New Decks, All Bathrooms Updated, Kitchen Renovation including New Cabinets, New Hardware, New Flooring, New Sink, and Kitchen Expansion, Addition of 3rd Full Bathroom, Sliding Door to Deck Added to King Bedroom. The Phyrst is a classic Carolina beach house with an upper-level family room boasting broad unobstructed views of the ocean. Catch an even better view by climbing up to the Ships Watch or enjoy listening to the waves from three levels of decks. The home has four bedrooms including a Bunk room for kids, a King room for adults, a second Queen master and a room with two Twins plus two full bathrooms. There's another half bath and an outdoor shower. The game room on the ground level contains board games, puzzles, and a Foosball table and can be used as a fifth bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Relax and grill steak or seafood, or walk to play tennis at the courts down the street.

The beach is a two-minute walk, approximately 250 yards, along a quiet path and close to a lifeguard station. If you don't want to fight traffic, this home is minutes from all your shopping and dining options. Check out Harris Teeter with their assorted carryout options as well as Food Lion and stores and restaurants at the TimBuck II Shops. Very nice stay

Over-all we had a wonderful stay with our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. The mattresses could be a little nicer, the dishwasher leaked so we had to call maintenance, but they could not fix it and had to call in a repairman. The dining room chairs are cloth which is not good when you have young children. It was nice to have a washer/dryer on the premises.
