Hotel vicino a Coronado Community United Methodist Church - New Smyrna Beach

“Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!”

“Very unique historical property. Service was very friendly, the room was small but clean. We would have liked a mini fridge but other than that, it was lovely. Breakfast was included at a nearby deli and it was fabulous. We also ate at the Riverside Grille on the property for dinner. Amazing! ”

“The location is wonderful! Clisecwalking distance to beach. 2 outdoor pools also avaliable. A fenced in area with cabana loungers, cannot reserve though, but if you go down and 'set up' no body bothers your stuff and you dont need a lot of stuff because youre so close to where you stay. The bungalows are excellent, fully equipped with a kitchenette.reasonably priced, even beach towels are provided. Restaraunts, Bars, & Shops are within a few blocks walking abd there is a golf cart rental place...

“This place is a gem! We stayed 3 nights in a condo recently. It's the perfect walkable location to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit again!”

“I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend....

“The staff at check-in were very friendly. This property is very old and it shows. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything in the room beside us. We could also smell the food they had in the next room. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7:00. No one was there to open the breakfast room at 7:00 or even by 7:30. The pools looked nice and good access to the beach. ”

“We happen to have a room that you could see the ocean and the rooms are very spacious with a microwave a fridge a little two top oven, which we wouldn’t use but the fridge in the microwave are very handy. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I really enjoy it. Good location and a nice spot.”
