Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!

Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated studio right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, go for a relaxing scooter ride, then laying your head down on our comfy memory foam topped queen bed.

Looking forward to your visit!

-The place is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you'd like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a queen-sized bed.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 40" Smart TV in the living room/sleeping area.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Relaxing patio out front to enjoy under the Cali sun!
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-There is currently Mini Split AC at the unit.
-Each unit comes with a beach wagon which includes beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys!

Nestled in the famous Coronado Village, the neighborhood is surrounded by shopping centers, fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
-All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!

---Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste.

Additional Note:

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Unit B had everything we needed, even a bonus wagon full of beach supplies for our use while we were there (towels, chairs, umbrella, pale, etc). Owner was reachable to answer questions and was very helpful as well.

Coronado Perfection

Excellent location to explore the area. Walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants and shops. Nice patio area to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and in the evening before dinner. The wagon filled with beach equipment was super! Perfect size for a couple. Kitchen was stocked and ready to go. Bed was comfortable.We purchased parking and it was conveniently located next door to the property. Did not have any complaints and would stay again.

In the heart of Coronado!

Perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores, the beach, and biking around the island. A highlight was walking across the street to the Lambs Theater where we again experienced one of our most favorite Broadway musicals, “Once”! Our host and the team were very responsive and accommodating.

Always enjoy B Ave Bungalows

Our second stay and we were so surprised to see the new improvements! Laundry facilities improved totally and perfectly, outside shower awesomely designed, fire pits and fountains, also additional landscaping! Just perfect! If I were going to be picky I would only suggest the two chairs and area right outside the unit would have been swept and wiped clean. Otherwise, we love the unit and will look forward to returning!

Just Wow!

The best little spot close to everything. I think everything was thought of including the comfort of the bed! I stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this was just perfect for indoor and outdoor spaces. Pluses included: Laundry with easy app access to pay and track when loads would be done, fire pits to chill and access to tons of restaurants and shops. The only criticism would be the water pressure of the shower. I problem solved with washing my hair in the outdoor shower in the courtyard which is actually pretty cool. If that is literally the only thing - it really did not diminish the perfection on this rental. Still a 10/10!

Perfect Location

We always enjoy visiting Coronado. This was by far the best place to stay. Great location, tucked away but in the action. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Great location for a beach getaway!

We arrived at the property and easily checked into our unit. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. It's was a great size for myself and my husband. We were very comfortable and were able to walk to the beach, get food and explore downtown Coronado. We definitely will be back.

Amazing Bungalow

If you want a clean and quaint place to stay close to the Hotel Del Coronado and the beach, this is the place to stay! Our condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend Alan and his team and would definitely rent again!

Perfect location

I spend a lot of time in Coronado and this unit is one of the best locations on the island. The unit was exactly as advertised, fully stocked with all you need, peaceful and comfortable. Great for a relaxing getaway or working remote.

Cute & Convenient

We ended up booking here late due to our original hotel booked by friends being in an area we weren't interested in exploring. It's a very cute place and so convenient for walking around to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It really could not have been more perfect for our weekend get away to San Diego. Street parking options were not an issue at all either. I would would definitely stay here again.

It's exactly as described...the only negative is the shower. It 's a lot like taking a shower by hanging up a low pressure garden hose but the location and amenities make up for it!
