“Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there.”

“it was a decent place for booking last minute however around 1:30 am we had to change rooms due there being a roach in the bed and on the wall, the front desk person said our options were to stay in the room and they clean it in the morning or change rooms , we changed rooms around 1:45 am and we’re not offered any discount because he said we changed rooms ”

“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande.
Pulizie giornaliere accurate.
Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo.
Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè.
Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“Where to begin. Check in was wonderful. After that problems began. Toilet was mini frig were broken and had to be fixed. We went to dinner and the waitress was incompetent. First, she got our appetizer wrong. Then she brought out my fries 20 minutes before my burger and the correct appetizer. We were trying to enjoy a nice dinner and this table was screaming like they were in a sports arena. Waitress did nothing to make any of this right.
