“Customers, be warned. This hotel is very rundown. In need of some serious upgrades. Cleanliness was half decent, but definitely could’ve paid more attention to keeping certain things cleaned. For one instance, the towel holder in the bathroom, I’m pretty sure had a splatter of blood on it that nobody noticed. The bathroom was very outdated, super spacious, but it was very bare. “We booked this hotel mainly for its convenient location and the advertised free breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, we found out the building is fully under renovation and breakfast is not available until May 1st—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. The parking situation felt unsafe. Our Cadillac Escalade was scratched overnight, and the following morning we noticed the theft attempt alarm had been triggered. That alone...

“Stayed here before as was quiet in the past, room not as clean as past. Staff is great Breakfast normal Had to call front desk as noise carried on to 1:00 am, quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. parking is awesome Lots of amenities nearby Coffee and hot water in lobby all the time was a bonus.”

“The room we stayed in was renovated and it looked nice and clean. However few things like base trim missing and closet doors off the track could be fixed to make it even better. We had the suite room #403, it was large, good comfortable bed, sofa bed not bad, kitchen stocked with all you need to cook. The view was lacking, industrial. The hotel is under renovation currently, the review is based on being under renovation, perhaps once its done it will be better? The breakfast although included...

“There is no accessible room and while they kindly gave us a room near the elevator, a shower chair and non slip mat, it really did not work well as the bathroom is so tiny and the corner of the counter is practically over the toilet seat. High narrow rim around the outside of the toilet seat which has a burn mark, is awful. Low toilet. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. I loved everything else and was aware that there was no accessible room but thought we could manage. We would not use...

“Room was spacious and clean with large, comfortable bed. There was a kitchenette with good sized refrigerator which was very handy. Bathroom was roomy but counter space around the sink was quite small. Really impressed with underground parking! Free breakfast was decent with enough to choose from.
