“Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings lässt der Service leider zu wünschen übrig. Es wirkt so, als hätten die Kellner keine klar zugewiesenen Aufgaben – jeder macht alles und gleichzeitig nichts. Dadurch dauern Bestellungen sehr lange und einzelne Punkte werden teilweise vergessen. Das Hotel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Dadurch hat man zwar eine schöne Aussicht, allerdings weigern sich manche Tuk-Tuks, bis ganz nach oben zu fahren, sodass man ein Stück bergauf gehen muss, was auf Dauer etwas nervig...

“The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”
