En nuestros últimos viajes a USA ya hemos reservado en esta cadena de Hoteles porque nos parecen una excelente opción, atención del personal, limpieza, ubicación y además ofrecen muy buen desayuno, algo que mucho hoteles ya no hacen, definitivamente en nuestro siguiente viaje nos volveremos a hospedar aquí.

We stayed in this property in 2015, we were a returning customers. Property was kept clean, Elevators were not working from 1st floor to 2nd floor, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor and catch elevator there. Bathroom had hairs stuck to the walls before my kids even went in to take a bath. We were on the 4th floor and the roof looked as it it had been repaired and was very obvious as it was a different color in paint, not a big deal but still not very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was great, was always kept stocked in everything. Parking is the absolute WORST! No space and we had to park in the hotel in front. Overall a good stay just that the broken elevator was a big deal since we have 2 kids and we had to carry everything up to the 2nd floor and then catch an elevator there.

Courteous staff, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived even though we were 1 1/2 hours after available check-in. There was about a 20 minute wait to get into our room. Not enough towels & wash cloths were provided. It seemed as if they were a little understaffed but overall the service was good.

Had to wait two hours for room to be ready. Didn't receive a promised call when it was ready. Shower curtain and tub was rusty. Indoor pool was too cold to swim and there were no towels. The TV remote didn't work and we couldn't get a new one until the next morning. The phone didn't work. There's only one small elevator for four floors of guests. They ran out of too many items at the breakfast bar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. Under the toilet was dirty from previous guests, but the room overall was clean. The hot tub looked dirty, so we didn't use it. Our stay was pleasant.

disappointed with this HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL
I love HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTLES, I WILL STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTLE, JUST NOT THIS ONE. over all stay was good. Hotel needs a few updating here and there. Our shower water did not go down. would have to wait for a while and also wet the tube again bc of all the dirty water. The showers had rust on them that was not good. Breakfast was not stocked ran out off food fast and took a while to refile it. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Located close to expressway. Easy access to and from expressway. Plenty of walking distance businesses for eating out or just to take a walk around outside.

The property is clean and well maintained. There are restaurants that are a few minutes drive and the highway exit was also close by. Shower had good pressure. We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had their breakfast on Sunday morning. It is from 630-930 am. We got down to the breakfast around 830 which was around the same time ALOT of guests did too. So, breakfast items were mostly gone. Guests had to wait for them to restock. It was a little unorganized in my opinion bc it didn’t seemed well timed as far as having replacement items readily available so guests didn’t have to wait. This caused a crowd to gather with led minimal seating. But there may have been just one person managing the breakfast. I’m sure they were doing their best. I’m the end, everyone had something to eat and there was a decent selection after they restocked. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom and the of the box of tissue, which only had about 4 tissues. I was also disappointed that the elevator was not working the entire time we were there.

Horrible Experience
Elevators were broken our entire stay and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Our bathroom was dirty with dark hair on the floor and tub. Some people waited hours in the lobby because rooms were not ready at check on due to elevator issues. The hotel never offered any type of discount to is for the inconvenience of have to carry all our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. the hot tub was also not working and the pool was freezing cold. We travel a lot to Corpus Christie and will not be using Holiday Inn ever again. At the very least the could have offered discounts but instead only offered to cancel our reservation if we didn’t want climb the stairs every time we wanted to leave our room.

No elevator!! No parking!!
We received a call, while we were eating lunch, to inform us that the elevator was out at the hotel. We were given the option of canceling the reservation with no penalty or dealing with climbing the stairs, possibly as high as 4 floors. As the notice was 3 hours before our check-in time and we had time sensitive plans in Corpus Christi, we didn’t have time to try to track down another hotel. As it turned out, when we checked in, we were given a room on the 4th floor. We managed the climb to find a very nice room with a very comfortable bed. If it weren’t for the elevator issue, and the fact that the hotel did not have an emergency number for the elevator service company on a Saturday, we might have given a good review. However, we arrived back to the hotel around midnight to find not a single parking space available. We ended up parking in the lot of a business next door and just hoped we wouldn’t be towed before we left.

Check in should start at three, we arrived at 5:30 and were told there were no rooms ready. Drove around for a while, went back at 6:45 and greeted with “we were just going to call you “. Where is my discount for those lost hours?

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the front desk man was very nice and helpful. His name is Wasin. The only thing I did not like was the smell of the room, but otherwise it was great. Breakfast was really good. I loved the bagels with cream cheese. They have a lot of options. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Room was clean, stuffy, a/c did not work that well and hard to regulate room temp. No access to work out room, swimming pool or end doors as card readers were broke.

DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT stay here.
These people are NASTY. First when you walk in there is an…. How do I say it.. like an unpleasant odor. We got to the floor and there was a mildew odor. So we got into the room and there was a mold smell that hits you when you walk in. The carpet was filthy. It was extremely dusty to where you couldn’t hardly breathe. The toilet hardly flushed. The sheets had some type of stains on it. Also, there was hair in the bed AND hair on the toilet. And huge sewer roach remains on the freakin walls. 20 minutes after being in there we decided that we were not going to stay there. I immediately called the ALOFT and 20 minutes later we were out of there! The problem was they said they were not going to refund us our money. I called hotels.com. And hotels.com called them and the Holiday Inn express lied to them saying that we were a no-show. And then when we said we were going to provide a receipt that we were there, they changed their story, saying that we checked in and immediately checked out.. then told us that we need to contact the hotel manager the next day which we did. And the hotel manager said because we signed the sheet to stay there, They were not going to refund us the money. So we then had to get our bank involved, and successfully disputed the charge. These people are scammers and nasty! It was bad when we all left.. we could breath mentally and physically again!
