- This beautifully converted studio, located within the grounds of the owner's home, is an idyllic setting for a couples retreat, with wonderful views from both the ground-floor living space and bedroom. Within easy reach of the historic city of Bath, a day out exploring the sights is a must. For keen golfers, the oldest golf club in Wiltshire is conveniently located next door. Spend the day exploring the quintessentially English town of Bradford-on-Avon along with the National Trust village of Laycock. There are many walks direct from the doorstep and a great selection of places to eat nearby.
Enter this beautiful property into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring two double patio doors boasting breathtaking views over the countryside beyond. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine; everything you need for your break away. Gather around the dining table or cosy up in front of the TV after a full-on day out exploring the local area. The shower room with WC is also located on this level. Head up to the bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, from which you can enjoy the sprawling views over the countryside. Take advantage of the electric blinds to gaze out at the view in the morning without even getting out of bed - idyllic.
The property is located in the grounds of the owner's home. It benefits from gated access with allocated parking next to the studio. There is a shared lawn area in front of the studio with seating which is ideal for sitting out with a coffee in the morning, enjoying those glorious views from a different aspect.
