“The management charged for two night for rooms that was canceled even after I had confirmed the cancelation with the company and Smart Choice inn in Plankinton SD.”

“I had booked a room here thru this site. When we arrived it is not the Mitchell Inn, it is a Rodeway Inn. We never even entered the building as we not impressed with the people hanging around outside the building, nor did we feel safe leaving our Harley unattended. This is not a "fair" review, but sometimes you have to follow your instincts.”

“Upon arrival it appeared fine. We were greeted by a gentleman and he tried to assist which was fine but he didn’t know too much about hours of pool. Room was somewhat clean but VERY worn and dated. Kelly definitely is in need of TLC!! No clock in room, LACK OF OUTLETS, dated furniture. There was a phone but no pen/paper. Only 1 table between the two beds, another side table would have been appreciated for the other side of bed. Bathroom is dated, cracks in floor grout was loose and pieces...

“Not luxurious, but a great place to stay. Very conveniently located, with all major services nearby. Easy to access with ample parking. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable and QUIET! Good variety of breakfast items. The worst thing I can say about it is that the mattresses were a little softer than I prefer. We will definitely stay there again.”
