Wonderful newly renovated apartment from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of Cortina and the Dolomites (Cristallo, Faloria, Becco di Mezzo Di, Pomagagnon) from both the panoramic terrace and all the windows.

The decor is sober and elegant, pleasantly combining the feel of traditional wooden elements with a modern twist. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Floor heating, fast fiber Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, the apartment displays a unique collection of modern art pieces.

THE SPACE
Developed on one floor, the living room is very spacious and enriched by the stunning landscapes of the surrounding territory which are further enhanced by the stunning and oversized modern windows that will make guests feel part of the mountain.

The master bedroom (luxury queen sized mattress) is characterised by its stunning views of the mountains and vast wardrobe space. It has an en suite bathroom that is decorated with hand made ceramics and a spacious shower.

The guest bedroom (luxury queen sized mattress) is very cozy and has its own en suite bathroom.

The second guest bedroom (luxury one and a half bed) has a stunning view of the mountains, incredibly high ceilings and wide wardrobe.

In the corridor, there is a very large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

From the terrace, guests will live an unforgettable experience and a full immersion in the Dolomites that will make unique your aperitif at sunset and dinners with friends. Outdoor heating lamp is also provided.

The whole house is equipped with bed linen, towels and soaps.

Weekly cleaning service is included in the rental price with change of sheets and towels.

Parking is allowed in the common area of the grounds or outside of the building.

A ski room is located in the basement where you can store skis and other equipment.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor. An elevator is present in the building which arrives on the 3rd floor.
