Days can be whiled away in the garden, taking in the sights and smells of the Tuscan and Umbrian landscapes as well as on Italy's fourth biggest lake, Lago di Trasimeno which is 20km away. The villa is located on the link road, Tuscan side of the Niccone valley, near the  the resort of Reschio. The town of Mercatale di Cortona lies 10km away for your essentials and for a day out with the family, Cortona is 28Km away, Perugia is 35km away with Assisi a further 20km and Arrezzo is 50km away, all are in striking distance to add some culture into your break.
