Amazing location, architecture, lots of great interior design. Super responsive, polite, flexible and friendly staff. Luxurious experience. Just great.
What could be better: tell potential guests that your pool is not heated — ie not useable in April. Finish setting up the fancy appliances: put lights in the shower, add a holder for toilet paper in the bathroom (instead of a plastic stool), add a fan to the bathroom (smells), upkeep so faucets and hoses aren’t wobbling, fix the flickering LED lights. Provide water glasses. Use larger sheets so they don’t all end up in a pile at the end of the night. An in-room fridge that’s large enough to store a bottle of wine or champagne would be helpful.
Bad: other guests were walking around in the middle of the night, and that woke us up :(
