“Staff moved us to a room off the ground floor we liked.”

“The room’s sheets/bedding was used and unchanged when we checked in. We tried calling for service in the room to change the bedding, but could not get through to a live person. We also requested clean bedding through the text service, and someone arrived pretty quickly to change the bedding. They did extra cleaning we didn’t request also like re mop floors. Very courteous. The tiled floor was exceptionally clean, but there was visible pink mold in the shower that needed to be attended to. The...

“It's a nice place to stay I stayed for the weekend we enjoyed it it's a cheaper stay and that alone is nice we stayed from Friday till Sunday and are planning another trip back as I type this just to hike more trails 😀”

“When it was free to go to soaky mountain, the wilderness was totally worth it. Now, they only give a discounted price. So, just stay anywhere and drive to soaky instead of paying the extra price at the wilderness!”
