“Hotel moderno, ottima reception, bene il parcheggio sotterraneo con la possibilità di arrivare con l'ascensore al piano della camera, la camera spaziosa, bagno grande, una pecca la porta del bagno che fa rumore quando si apre e si chiude.”

“Its a nice hotel, very clean, the rooms could be updated a bit... I only had two draws for 2 people which is a bit mean, my balcony shutters were broke when I got there, which was a pain. The air con was quite noisy.... and I had to ask for a second bin as they only had one in the Room, normally you have two ... One for the bathroom for Sanitary Stuff and one general rubbish. The pool was immaculate and clean, however they had a limited amount of umbrellas, only 3 in total... Which is a bit...

“3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Our room was completely new, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely little terrace. The bathroom was fully equipped, and overall, we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, they offered a wonderful variety of options. The only downside happened on a day we went for a long hike. We returned absolutely exhausted and looking forward to an early night, but the hotel played loud music until 111:30pm (it was a Friday).
