“The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories”

“Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place! ”

“We stayed at one of the Brisas penthouses previously and noticed the villas with private pools right up on the beach. This year we decided to check one out. It is very quick to get here. Once our plane landed, we took a USA Transfer right to Brisas, checked in with guards, and walked into the villa within 45 minutes. “The house was perfect for our group of 14. Easy to get to places but also fun to just hang out at the house. Rooms were all decent sized and comfortable. We ran into a couple minor issues but the property management was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back here.”

“We had a wonderful time at Kate’s house. The roads were very bumpy to get to the house, but completely accessible. We were not able to get into the ocean at the property due to the sargassum (we knew this would be a possibility due to the time of year we visited) so we used the pool everyday. "Proprietà molto integrata nel territorio, nel resort tutte piccole casette, molto pulite, comprese anche le parti comuni. Personale molto gentile. Bello avere a disposizione sempre qualcosa di aperto per mangiare a qualsiasi ora uno arrivi. Buono il cibo nei ristoranti a tema, a parte il ristorante italiano, ma essendo italiani siamo esigenti 😅. Molto seria anche la sicurezza. Belle le due piscine vicino alla spiaggia ben attrezzata. L'unico problema, dicono stagionale, ma la stagione si allunga sempre di più, sono le alghe chiamate Sargasso, purtroppo in questo periodo molto infestanti. Impossibile entrare in mare. E oltretutto maleodoranti soprattutto se esposte al sole, e malgrado i notevoli sforzi per liberarsi da questa infestazione, più ne tiravano via più il giorno dopo ne tornavano, ogni giorno camion e camion di alghe portate via, e lungo tutta la costa. Ci è mancata l'idea che avevamo del mare caraibico, ma per fortuna il resort ha compensato pienamente la cosa."
