Hotel con azienda vinicola a Costa del Mar Nero

“Perfect stay”

“Everything from the room , pool, staff ,breakfast and food at the restaurants were fantastic.”

“The staff and the breakfast are excellent.”

“The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

“Very clean rooms with daily makeovers, excellent breakfast, laundry on premises (washer only), amazingly friendly and helpful staff, very convenient location close to the beach (street self parking only). Highly recommend!”

“great property”

“Her konuda oldukça yardımcı oldular otelin temizliği ve ilgilenme gayet iyiydi her şey dahil bir otel aramıyorsanız ilk tercih”

“Great accommodation, excellently placed in respect to old city, beach front etc. Staff were very friendly. The cafe and restaurant had excellent food. Only comment is that it advised there was luggage storage but it was not secure (in a lockable place) and we did not feel comfortable leaving it unattended.”

“nice place to stay”

“The variety of the food was really good and tasty. Ladies serving and refilling the dishes were polite, helpfull, friendly and fun as well Location is very convenient for foot traffic or to get on the bus to go to the airport, Botanical garden, etc. The price for the room was also very good! I found it an excellent deal and would return!”

“Central location. Silent comfy rooms. Best restaurants around. Great staff. Totally satisfied.”

“Helpful stuff”

“Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima. Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Goed dinner en een fantastisch ontbijt. Ontbijt was anders dan dat we in Georgië gewend waren. Lekkere vers gebakken broodjes en croissants. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Onze zoon mocht zelfs proberen de forel te vangen.”

“Lovely hotel in a nice location. It was very comfortable and close to everything.”

“Forse le cinque stelle sono un po' esagerate, ma è un buon hotel a quattro stelle, consigliato! Ottima cucina, visto che lo chef è italiano!”

“Clean and specious. Staff is very friendly and helpful”

“The receptionist is so welcoming , never see this level before in whole Georgia, she is amazing smiling finding solution when needed and so respectful”
