“Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.”

Non mi è stata data o , meglio, solo quando ho minacciato seriamente di chiamare la polizia per fare valere i miei diritti per una camera con colazione inclusa che io avesopagato, solo allora il manager di Ramada mi ha concesso di usufruire della colazione. “This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!”

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Hotelbesitzer, seine charmante Frau und das gesamte Team, die außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit waren. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Küche, dort kann man sowohl Frühstück bestellen als auch eigene Mahlzeiten zubereiten. “Hands down the worst 5 star hotel I ever been to. It should be 3 star hotel. We checked out same day. The attitude of the young gentleman at the front desk needs to be reviewed. When asked for someone to take luggage down they said we dont have one how is that even possible in 5 star hotel”
