“This place gave us just what we wanted...an immersive jungle experience complete with Squirrel and Capuchin monkeys, lots of birds including a daily visit from a roadside Hawk, giant Cane Toads and other frogs, and toucans and macaws flying over. “We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. JD is an animal lover and did his best to make us and Ziggy feel at home. Looking forward to another stay”

“We had a great stay! 5 min walk to the beach, very private. 45 min walk to Uvita and about an hour to the whale tail. Short drive to town. The place is close to the main road so there is some noise. The noise did not seem to bother the amazing animals we saw while sitting on the porch- monkey, toucans, birds. I would stay here again. ”

“Great stay! The management team is exceptional! The house is pretty new and clean. Neighbor houses in the development are pretty close but most of the time we had little or no noise from neighbors. Strongly suggest 4x4 vehicle as the 15 minute drive up from the highway is steep and rough( typical for CR mountain houses). Daily macaw and toucan views from the house and frequent howler monkeys nearby. Definitely would return. Good value for the price. ”

“My family is so glad that we chose this property for our three-night stay in Bahía Drake! The house was spotlessly clean and included everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough outlets for charging all of our devices. The Wi-Fi worked well, when we needed it.
