Lodge a Costa del Pacifico Meridionale

“The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...

The lodge is surrounded by rainforest teeming with life ....birds / lizards/ monkeys/ frogs/ spiders. I have a particular interest in phoneutria sp ....wandering spiders and saw many at night ....such impressive spiders....and shy and calm........wanted to see them for many years, and danta made a reality. “We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

“Luna Lodge is a simply remarkable place to be and not just explore, but join, the jungle. There’s a sense of beautiful surrender found there, beginning with the trek to the lodge itself.
