Cottage a Costa del Sole

“Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation. What made it even worse was the poor communication. The person answering the phone was often different from the person we met, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going on. We...

“The staff is very kind and they make you feel at home. They are also very available to help to book activities and give informations. Bars and restaurants are close by and the sea is just a stone's throw away. In the rooms and in the showers and bathrooms the support surfaces are very limited, they should be implemented”

“La struttura si trova in un giardino botanico, da utilizzare solo per volo al mattino presto/arrivo la sera tardi visto che intorno non c'è nulla, tantomeno il mare. Da tenere presente che la stanza consiste in una tenda, non è un hotel! In generale la struttura è molto scenica, sicuramente però la manutenzione non è attenta e contribuisce a dare un'impressione di essere abbandonata a se stessa. Buon servizio il transfer gratuito da/per l'aeroporto.”

“Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals.”
